The Wischis-Florida-Home “Tropical Sunset“ is located in the old Cape Coral marina, and only approx. 30 minutes from the Southwest Florida International Airport. You can enjoy a variety of dining and shopping opportunities in the marina and all of Cape Coral.
The house includes a boat dock, and if you decide to rent a boat with the house, the beautiful beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island will be easily accessible.
Because of the southwest location, the pool area is sunny all day and you can enjoy sunrises as well as sunsets from your lanai or boat dock.
