Our Wischis-Florida-Home 'Bella Vista' is located in Cape Coral, approx. 30 minutes from the Southwest Florida International Airport of Fort Myers. The house is close to the beautiful beaches of Sanibel and Captiva Island, Fort Myers Beach and the various shopping possibilities of the area.
The house comes with a boat dock, and if you decide to rent a boat with the house, you can easily reach the beaches of Sanible and Captiva Island and Fort
