This luxury riverfront 3 bedroom villa is located right on the river and has perfect south exposure. Just minutes from the famous Cape Coral yacht club beach and marina. Rent a boat during your stay and access the Gulf of Mexico in only 15 minutes and enjoy some of the world's most beautiful beaches like Sanibel and Captiva.

The villa has all the amenities you would expect from a luxury home. Three beautiful bedrooms all with king beds and their own en-suite bathrooms, furnished and equipped to the very highest standard.

The exterior is magnificent. A huge two stories outside deck area with a beautiful pool and hot tub, amazing views over the river, sun loungers and two outdoor dining areas complete this luxury home.

It has a total of 3 bedrooms, 3,5 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a cozy lounge area, a dining area, a breakfast area, and a fully equipped kitchen.

To secure clean and fresh linen and towels for every stay, we use a professional linen company. They handle everything from a state-of-the-art facility in Fort Myers, FL and only uses top-rated Ecolab detergents and chemicals, promising pristine linens with each service.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ice-maker, etc, everything you need for a perfect vacation. Outside there is a gas/electric BBQ-grill.

The villa offers WIFI connection if you want to use your own computer, pad or smartphone.

The villa also has a private dock with a boat lift where you can keep a rental boat.

How do damage deposits work?
