This villa is amazing! It was lovely to arrive in the evening after a day of travelling and to have a swim in the pool, nice and warm having been pre-heated for us! The bottle of wine waiting for us was a lovely surprise as well! We spent a very relaxing few days here sitting on the dock soaking up the sunshine, the guys fishing off the dock caught sheepshead, jack and mangrove snapper, followed by a few steaks on the bbq in the evening by the pool. Doesn't get much better!! The villa is immaculate and everything you could need is there, the pictures do not do it justice! Thankyou Steve for all your help and information, the agent Sylvia was also extremely helpful. Already hoping to stay here again, none of us wanted to leave! Beautiful villa, beautiful location. Azure Villa was everything we wanted for a relaxing week after visiting the Keys. It villa was in a lovely location, nice a peaceful and had everything we needed The villa was very well equipped and clean. We loved the pool and the waterway behind.
We visited Sanibel and Captiva Islands, did lots of shopping and ate out a few times but mainly we just relaxed.

What a way to spend our 25th Wedding anniversary.
Impossibly, the Villa was nicer than the pictures and you would never be able to rent a property like this in Europe for anywhere near the same price.
Good central location. We visited The Everglades, Miami and Key West and also Fort Myers beach, and there are also lots of shopping opportunities as well as good restuarants.
It's close enough to everything but far away enough to get peace and quiet. It was a nice touch for the owner to phone to make sure everything was OK.
If we visited Florida again we would definitely stay at Villa azure and would recommend it to anyone.

Got back yesterday from 2 weeks at Villa azure.
We are a large family of 8 (mum dad and 6 kids aged 12-21)
Have stayed in numerous villas over the years, especially in Florida, and found this to be one to be the best.
For our family, the main attraction was being on the water and being able to fish. Lots of fish were caught every day! We hired a boat for a week while we were there which we really enjoyed. Went to Captival and Sanibel and anchored off the beach and jumped into the very warm sea for a swim.
We drove up to Orlando for a few nights in the middle of our stay which was around 3 hours away, so very achievable if you must!
...We couldn't wait to get back though.
We had so much planned for our 2 weeks in Cape Coral but found it hard to leave the villa as we were all so happy there. Went to The Outback Steakhouse and Bubba's (really good)...but when you have a fridge full of food and a huge outdoor grill to BBQ your steaks on you really don't need to go out that much.
Loved the outdoor beer fridge too!
Great having a Publix so close by for stocking up on everything we needed.
Anyway all in all really can't fault Villa azure atall and reckon we spent less on a 2 week holiday there than a weeks villa holiday with a big family in Europe.
This was probably the only holiday I've been on where I actually wasn't ready to come home.
Can't wait till we return.

My wife, I and another couple decided to stay at another location in Cape Coral this year than where we normally do, so we looked to Flipkey for a nice place with a private pool. We came across the azure Top vacation rental and decided it looked and sounded nice on the website so we thought we would give it a try. Now, I am very hesitant about wiring money overseas to somebody I don't know, in hopes that I am not getting ripped off but I thought I would take a chance and trust Steve after contacting him via email. His communication felt honest and I verified everything I could to ease my mind about the transaction. It also helped that Flipkey awarded his home top honors last year. So, we rented the home in april 2012 and wow was it everything I hoped for. Their home is immacutely maintained, the pool area and the landscaping area are the nicest in the neighborhood!! I couldn't have asked for anything more than what we received for our money. Steve is very professional and his home is pristine. In conclusion, I will be requesting to rent their home again next time I go to Cape Coral, Fl. I hope that being said is enough for everyone to know that azure Top is the place to be for your vacation!!!

What can I say about the comments from the other reviewers? Well, having just returned from a fabulous ten days in Villa azure, I can concur with everything that has been said. The pictures and description accurately reflect the villa in every way.
The villa simply oozes quality and taste in every area and more than exceeded my expectations. It is well kept, maintained in an immaculate condition and the attractive gardens plus the outlook onto the canal really makes it a gem. The pool area is fantastic and a great place to unwind with a beer and a BBQ of an evening.
Carol and Steve have obviously put a lot of time and effort into getting the villa to the way it is and have done a great job. Their booking process is slick and efficient and Steve was very helpful before we arrived by providing information about the area and answering emails quickly. They obviously care a great deal about their clientele and value your custom.
The Cape Coral area is great with lots to do and lots of places to explore. Whether shelling on Sanibel, shopping at the Miromar Mall or simply wetting a line off the dock you should find something to keep everyone happy.

Having spent many years renting villas in different parts of the world, we have found this to be our dream location. Villa azure boasts a five star spec and that is exactly what you will you find. Superbly decorated throughout. Each of the three bedrooms having walk in wardrobes and beautiful bed linen. The owners undoubtedly have excellent taste and do not lower their standards for their paying guests.
Throughout the villa, pool area and the garden everywhere is immaculately clean. The pool side furniture is of a very high quality and extremely comfortable to the point where you can sleep or read your books, relax and enjoy the beautiful birds in chorus and watch the amazing red mullet jumping in the canal all day long.
Our favourite spot in the evening would be to take our bottle of wine down onto the private pontoon and watch the boats return to their docks from having a a day out on the water..

From the first moment we contacted Carol and Steve about renting their villa, their service to help us put together our first vacation in Florida, was just great. Their tips and advise, from how to send a deposit, to where to buy the best steaks, while we were in Cape Coral, were appreciated. The Villa, is gorgeous, Clean, and well kept,everything we wanted was there. The neighbors were very friendly, and we were only minutes away from a shopping plaza. We visited Pine Island, and Sanibel, and dined in some of the great restaurants on these islands.

There where everything you hope for a holiday ( including nice weather) Pool was great and it was warm. We stayed in 'Villa azure' for 1 week this summer, and it was the best place we have found in america so far - truly amazing.
Everything about this villa screamed pure luxury. From the amazing furnishings, to the luxurious pool on its very own dock, everything about this place was faultless. Our stay in the villa was extremely relaxing and very much appreciated the spacious feel we got from this villa. The equipment and facilities within Villa azure are second to none, from fishing rods to the gas BBQ. It is a home that anyone would dream of owning.
Location - A perfect place to explore Cape Coral and it's surrounding areas. From the villa we were easily able to visit many of Florida's stunning scenery and attractions such as Pine Island (great for kayaking adventures), Sanibel Island (best fishing adventure we found and spot manatees too) and day trips to Naples, Busch Gardens as well as Fort Myers.
From start to finish the owners couldn't have been more helpful, truthful and re-assuring about our stay. We really appreciated their excellent service, advice and knowledge about the local area.
Our only downside to our holiday was that it was just not long enough - it was a truly amazing holiday and we very much look forward to staying again soon!

We stayed at this villa in September.It was beautifully kept as well as very clean.It is in a stunning setting.The weather was exceptionally hot 93F.So the sheltered outdoor area was used a lot.My husband is a keen fisherman & fished with one of the rods provided.He was very happy when he kept reeling them in from the boat dock.The owners provided extras including a bottle of wine which we thought was a nice gesture.In fact they have thought of everything from cycles to golf clubs & more.A short drive to shops & restaurants.Excellent customer service & a wonderful holiday.Our only regret was, the stay was not long enough.We would certainly use again & recommend to others.

My wife and I stayed at villa azure for a week in early fall 2009.
It turned out to be a perfect gettaway. The property is pristine and has everything to make a stay there relaxing and trouble free. The owners have thought of every last detail. There are even golf clubs and bikes provided for the sporty type and on the other end of the spectrum a beautiful and comfortably furnished living room with a huge TV and excellent entertainment system.Internet access is also available.
The patio and pool overlooking the inland waterway are accessed directly from the kitchen or living room. The pool is covered , so no bugs.
The patio has very comfortable furniture and is perfect for outside eating. Amenities such as supermarkets are within easy driving distance. This is a great place for a relaxing getaway , but would be equally good for a full family holiday.
Essentially it lacks for nothing.

Cannot recommend highly enough this home from home.
Every little detail has been though of to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, Flat screen tv's, comfy beds, fishing rods, bikes, office printer (very handy, we used our laptop to connect and print of our boarding passes for virgin to save queuing at airport) Having spent the previous 2 weeks in a villa in Orlando *which was very sub standard, we were absolutely delighted with villa azure.
The kitchen cupboards were even stocked with essentials, like flour ,salt, pepper, sugar various herbs, and cleaning materials there too, there was even sun lotion, cotton wool balls * a refreshing change that the cleaners diddn't take these goodies!. My 17 year old loved his comfy double bed and flat screen tv in his room, and my 9 year old was really chuffed that he got the same in his room.
Swimming pool was spotless, wish the same could be said about the villa we rented in orlando. Brand new comfy patio furniture to sit and enjoy a vodka and coke watching hubby catching fish from the dock at the end of garden, mustnt forget to mention the handy fridge by patio furniture, and the place had bikes, first time i have been back on one for 30 years! We had a wonderful time at this beautiful Villa.
Everything we needed was supplied.
Plenty of catfish in the canal (try a small shrimp close in to the bank)
Cape Coral is ideally situated near fantastic beaches, Sanibel Island and just a couple of hours from the everglades.
I totally reccommend this Villa and the owners, who were more than helpful with advice and booking.

My husband and I stayed in Villa azure for 3 weeks in 2010 (our daughter, son-in-law- and 2 little grandchildren also came for 1 week). The Villa is open concept with tons of amenities.The area is close to shopping and a beautiful neighbourhood to take walks. We loved Villa azure so much that we are going back again for 1 month in 2011. Awesome holiday.
