This beautifully landscaped and luxuriously furnished, 2100-square-foot villa is located in Southwest Cape Coral on a wide canal in southern exposition. You have gorgeous water views from nearly all rooms.
Sliding glass doors from the living room, dining room, master bedroom, and second bedroom lead to a spacious, screened lanai with an electric heated pool with waterfall and a separate whirlpool. In the living room you find our 50's corner with jukebox (100 CDs) and the famous 1959 Cadillac Sofa with a lot of decoration stuff. The fency villa is laying on a wide canal arm in the heart of Cape Coral. You can enjoy the the privacy of a very well equipped house from the edge of a lovely pool in front of the living room. Take a time out by using the well equipped privat library, enjoy the old fasion music box or try to find a TV channel out of a great variety of channels. You can feel almost like home in this quiet, safe and friendly neigborhood. There are a great variety of interesting spots in a short driving distance, so nobody has to be bored. The shopping center in walking distance provides everything for your personal needs.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Villa Flamingo. It is a beautiful place to spend a vacation. It's a perfect place for everybody as the bedrooms are lovely and the place is big enough, even for a big family. Shopping, Golf and Beaches are great! I absolutely recommend this place.
