Villa-Selina is located in the desired southwest part of Cape Coral on the 120 ft. wd. De Leon Canal with beautiful water views and fast access to the Gulf of Mexico. The Camelot Isles Shopping Center with a big Publix Supermarket, a Walgreens pharmacy and many more shops only 2 minutes away! Also many restaurants are nearby...
A boaters paradise, in only about 30 min. you will be from your own dock in the gulf and cruise to the islands of southwest Florida.

alf, we was impressed from the beginning by how efficiently you dealt with my enquiry.
The website provided so much information and photographs that I felt confident the villa would be as described.
When we arrived it was clean, in good condition and everything we hoped it would be.
Greg and Sigrid were lovely and were so helpful.
The pool was great and the computer a bonus.
If we were looking to stay in Cape Coral again we would definitely consider Villa Selina. -

Our stay at Villa Selina was wonderful!
The house is beautifully furnished in a style and decor that is both tasteful and omfortable. It is apparent that you have given close personal attention to the details in providing a renter with all the comforts of home and then some! The pool and spa were a delight and contributed greatly to our Florida experience.
We enjoyed many attractions in and around Cape Coral which provided us with daily activities and new adventures.
I would also like you to know that both my husband and I appreciated your phone call to welcome us and again your call to be assured that our stay was a pleasant one.
We're looking forward to our return!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Selina and very much look forward to returning again soon. Everthing was as advertised and some things were even better. Ralf went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. The villa is in a great location close to the ocean and shopping. I would recommend to everyone to stay at Villa Selina in lovely Cape Coral Florida.
