This house is ideally located in Florida’s Southwest Gulf Coast, which has a laid back lifestyle and is world famous for its Golfing, Fishing, and Beaches, including two of the world’s top-rated beaches. At 160,000, Cape Coral is the largest city in the SW Gulf region. It is the world’s largest canal city, with a network of both fresh and salt water canals. It offers a variety of dining options and shopping opportunities. You will find most of them along Del Prado Blvd., Pine Island Road, and Cape Coral Pkwy. Some of Cape Coral's kid-friendly attractions include Sunsplash Family Waterpark, Greenwell's Family Fun Park, and the Eagle Skate Park. Nature lovers will enjoy the Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve and The Great Calusa Blueway Paddling Trail, a 190-mile marked canoe and kayak trail that meanders through Lee County’s coastal waters and inland tributaries.
Just across the river is Fort Myers, the "City of Palms". It features numerous shopping, dining, and entertainment areas from high-end outlet centers, boutiques, and outdoor malls, to antique stores, and flea markets. Popular attractions include the Henry Ford and Thomas Edison Winter Homes, Broadway Palm Dinner Theater, Barbara B. Fort Myers Beach, on Estero Island, is a must-see attraction, and is considered the world’s most child-friendly salt-water beach due to its gentle slope and low undertow. The many miles long beach has both active and quiet areas and includes rentals for boating, jetskiing, fishing, para-sailing, banana boats, pirate ship tours, and more. The town of Fort Myers Beach stretches all along the beach and provides easy access to plenty of shopping and dining, with fresh seafood, straight out of the Gulf of Mexico.
Two of the other barrier islands, Sanibel Island and Captiva Island, offer a more laid back beach experience with miles of easily accessible natural beaches. The beaches of Sanibel are considered the world’s #1 beach for shell collecting. The town of Sanibel Beach is a very quaint town of boutiques, antique stores, and restaurants. The retreat of Captiva Island is home to the rich and famous with numerous estates spread along the beach road.
Just a few minutes drive from the house is Cape Coral’s own local beach with a playground, casual beach-side dining and a formal yacht club restaurant.
In addition to its beaches, SW Florida is renowned for golfing and fishing. There are scores of golf courses in the region ranging from easy Par 3s to world caliber courses. There are numerous fishing charter options to the Gulf of Mexico, from rent-your-own for the experienced fisherman, to fully assisted charters suitable for the beginner. You can rent a boat by the day or week and park it on our boat lift, with easy access down the main San Carlos Canal to the Gulf. Also nearby are everglade tours and alligator and manatee preserves.
With so much to see and do, it will be a challenge to find time to sit back and just relax by the pool deck, adjusting to the slow rhythm of the SW Gulf lifestyle.

Firstly, you can be assured that Todd and Patricia will do everything they can to make your stay very enjoyable. They are very helpful and really care about your holiday in their wonderful home.
The house is truly wonderful and extremely well equipped. There are even bikes and a kayak complete with life jackets for all the family! There are lots of toys and lots of games for family times. Lots of towels, bedding, every kitchen item you could want and the advantage of the washer and dryer too which means you can pack light!
The lanai area is large and comfortable. The pool is heated to 29 degrees and there are even pool toys and swim noodles etc.
The neighbourhood is nice and friendly and house was quite easy to locate.
It felt like home and we wouldn't hesitate to return if the opportunity arose.

You just never know until you arrive what kind of area and home you have rented and we have rented several.It was obvious from the moment we arrived the the owners Todd and Patricia have an eye for decor and detail in every room in the home.This home is well laid out, kitchen is well equipped and is very clean.Stay here you will not be disappointed. We have stayed at Todd & Patricia's lovely 'home away from home' several times. It is a beautiful well kept home with all the amenities for a relaxing worry free vacation. All of the main rooms have large sliding patio doors which make the lanai and canal always visible. The rooms are furnished with tasteful comfortable furniture and the kitchen is very well equipped along with a large BBQ in the lanai area. We have stayed there with friends as well and find there is plenty of room for everyone. The convenience of 3 bathrooms is very handy! Our favorite feature of the house is the huge lanai and pool. The kids love the pool and the lanai is perfect for lounging with multiple types of seating. There is a covered portion perfect for eating outside. Over the last couple of years Todd & Patricia have added bikes which has been terrific for our kids. The house is located in a nice neighbourhood and the kids find it very safe and easy to get around. As Boaters, we have really enjoyed cruising around in the canals and even boating to dinner! On a previous trip we were lucky enough to see dolphins and our last trip the tail of a manatee! Along with all the house has to offer, there are beaches and terrific shopping close by as well. All in all, the house and location have a lot to offer making it an excellent value. Todd and Patricia have made their 'home away from home' one of our favourite vacation spots that we always look forward to spending time at.

We decided to rent a house instead of staying in a hotel for our Florida visit March 1-8th. What a great choice we made! The owners Todd and Patricia gave us a lot of information on this home, and were very attentive to our needs, which easily helped us decide it was for us. The home is beautifully decorated, and very spacious. There are multiple sliding doors to the pool area, and you have a great view from any room to the lanai and pool area. The pool is awesome, and the lanai has lots of space for lounging, or dining. I love to cook and the kitchen is fully equipped, they even have a great choice of spices that I frequently use. You can tell there is pride of ownership, as there are personal touches in every room. This was like a home away from home! There is so much attention to detail, there are a ton of movies to watch, and they have even been categorized according to age appropriate viewing! Shopping is close by, including outlet malls. There are lots of great restaurants as well. We rented a boat and went through the canals into a bay where we enjoyed a lovely lunch, and on the way back we had dolphins swimming around us. What a great sight! My husband fished right off the dock and caught a catfish, he was very impressed. We are absolutely going to rent this home again for our next vacation. The neighbourhood is upscale and very safe. We had a wonderful time and didn't have to suffer through a week of hard lumpy hotel pillows. (you know what I'm talking about). Thank you Todd and Patricia for making our vacation memorable!

We stayed in Todd and Patricia's lovely home for two weeks in February. There was plenty of room for our children and grand children to visit. We loved all the amenities this house offers - spacious master suite, pool, lanai dining area, movies, bikes, kayak and beach gear. Wow! Nice location in a quiet Cape Coral canal neighborhood, but near shopping and restaurants. Truly a home away from home :)

My family stayed here for a week in January. The house was very clean, and had all the amenities we needed and more. We really enjoyed using the bbq and having dinner on the patio. We also made use of the kayak to explore the canals and bikes. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our second visit in less than 6 months to Todd & Patricia's Florida home. We love it!
If you are looking for a home that provides everything you need in a great location, close to shopping, movies, and restaurants. Adagio Villa is the place you want to stay. For those who like to cook, you will find a fully stocked kitchen that will allow you to cook and bake as much as you would like.
The rooms are well decorated and the beds are very comfortable. The pool is a great size for laps or just floating around relaxing. I particularly enjoy the lanai for dining alfresco, reading and working on on my laptop.

When I was planning my visit to Cape Coral to visit my grandparents in a retirement home I first looked at hotels in the area. After only finding a few hotels with not so great reviews and considering I was traveling down with my mother and daughter I began to look at rental homes and came across adagio villa. This was a perfect! We had enough sleeping room, 2 living rooms, a screened in pool, right on the canal, and close to shopping, the beach and most importantly, my grandparents. The home was very clean and felt like home. The owners were very attentive and provided us with so much local information and maps that I think they should be in the travel business! They went above and beyond! Very nice owners that sincerely cared about our stay and would address any issue that we would have but of course we didn't have any. The entire process from deposit to stay went smoothly! Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your home. Many memories were made!

This was a first for us. The owners, Todd and Patricia were honest and great people to work with. The home is beautiful and has just about everything one could ask for. Its Super Clean, Wonderfully decorated, extremely comfortable and all you really need is your luggage. The pool is so-o-o relaxing. There's also a notebook that has all the information that you need about shopping, beaches, restaurants, points of interest and also how to run everything in the house, it is so well organized it was a life saver. We would highly recommend staying here and I hope we can do it again next year.

We stayed at this property for 4 weeks and had all the amenities of home. It is close to all conveniences, grocery, chain stores, beaches etc. The house in very roomy and comfortable with everything you would need. Great restaurants close. Take a day trip to Sanibel Island, Fort Myers Beach or stay in and swim, relax and watch the boats come and go. Nice quiet and safe neighborhood.

Beautiful home, great location, wonderful layout, spacious, clean, and well-stocked. This home was everything we hoped for and more. I cannot say enough about this house! We have three children aged 6-12 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The access and visibility of the pool from the majority of the house was great. Todd was easy to reach and helpful with the initial booking and answered all my emails with patience! This was our first experience in renting a house and we are so happy that we did. We know the Cape Coral area fairly well and this house is close to everything you could want or need. Thanks Todd and Patricia!

Exceptional value for our money. The house is very spacious and we felt very much at home. Great variety of things to do - close to shopping, dining, beautiful beaches and family entertainment. This house is located on a canal system - fun to watch the the boats go by. The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock, swimming and playing videos on the big screen in the family room while the adults could relax in the lanai or living room. The pool is heated making it possible to enjoy in every season. We enjoyed family outings to the science centre and had a lot of fun at the nearby beaches.
We have looked at other rental properties and none compare to the great value of this house. We cannot wait to return for another visit! -

Not enough superlatives to describe our holiday week in Cape Coral. Nice location, close to everything such as beaches, shopping, dining and Costco. Even close enough to enjoy area attractions including Disney etc.
House in furnished tastefully with up to date touches. Enclosed pool was an added bonus. Located on a canalway with access to Gulf of Mexico in case you bring a boat or decide to rent one.
All-in-all a very comfortable place to stay. -

The home in Cape Coral is a beautifully decorated, well maintained and fully equipped modern vacation home. Our week at the house was fantastic! We were very comfortable and really felt "at home" in no time at all. When we were not enjoying the fabulous enclosed swimming pool we enjoyed walking in the neighbourhood and touring to nearby attractions. The house is conveniently located to all the shopping one could ever need. We definitely recommend a vacation rental at this house in Cape Coral.

After deciding on a bit of whim to escape Canada's prolonged winter, we came across a listing for this home in Cape Coral, Florida. The owners were quick to respond to our request for information and provided an email filled with intriguing pictures, a list of amenities and a price that couldn't be beat --- we jumped at the opportunity quickly!
The spacious home provided us with everything we needed - a comfortable setting, enough room for privacy when needed, a fully stocked kitchen to help with our food preparation, an outdoor environment (the pool was a huge hit!) which was difficult to leave for our daily excursions, and a quiet neighbourhood. Our family wanted to relax and enjoy the sunshine and heat and that's exactly what we were able to do. When we ventured out, excellent restaurants, amazing beaches, and shopping 'meccas' were short drives away.
A great vacation home in an area of Florida that is fun to explore and well worth a visit. We would highly recommend and hope to escape to this home again in the near future.
