Paradise. We loved our stay although the unit was sold as a "premium" with granite and stainless steel appliances. It was not. The location was great, views amazing and we would def. come back, in low season. The same reservation clerk took my AAA discount information but then we didn't get the AAA discount.

This is our third year and each year we stay in #2211A. The first year was the best! The furnishings and bedding were fresh and new. Understandably, after three years of wear and tear, this villa needs some love. We'd recommend, a new mattress in the Master BR and new linens (bedding) on all the beds. The Master bath desperately needs a remodel.

Nice facilities, with excellent Florida style. The only challenge was lack of easy access to WIFI in public spaces and NO Internet connectivity in the guest unit. Staff were friendly, efficient and accommodating.

There is only one restaurant there, (but the staff was very friendly and the food ok). Breakfast options very very limited....

We have been a guest of the Palm Island Resort for over 20years...Our stays are filled with laughter,relaxation and great family memories. We try to enjoy all that is offered from fishing,the gorgeous ,clean beach, to the on island restaurant. Vacation on the island is never long enough! Highly recommend the property as a perfect family retreat!

What an incredible place - I really do not want anyone to know about it, but I've been telling everyone how great of a time we had. The villa was beautiful, perfect and spotless - had everything we needed and more. My feet are still hurting from walking the beach every day to pick up shells. Loved just having "golf cart" traffic - very quiet. Highly recommend bringing your own food, drinks an snacks because you don't want to leave. Spent everyday trying to figure out when I could return.

The villa was not up to our expectations...also we had little ones with us who had never been to palm Island before and the Sat morning program was canceled with Red Beard and that was very disappointing especially because we made the dates to be there
for the Friday night program and the Sat morning program and when we went down to do the arts and crafts they said he was not coming ....hard to explain to little ones.... -

Loved it! We had a great stay and it definitely exceeded our expectations. One area for improvement would be Rum Bay Restaurant. Average quality food and atmosphere for above average pricing. Also, a few more staple items in the store would have been helpful.

Thank you for an awesome vaca with my family. For me, the condition of the condo was key. It was spotless and well supplied with all we needed. There was a plumbing issue, which was addressed immediately. The grounds were beautiful, hospitality wonderful, golf-cart transport men were fab and super funny. I was concerned about the cost being that I live in Flordia on the beach, but it was totally worth it. We'll be back!

Could not have asked for more. Morning coffee on a screened in porch overlooking the water. Beautiful clean beach. Well maintained pool areas. Gracious and helpful staff. An unbelievably relaxing and problem-free vacation. Will absolutely be back again. Thank you, Palm Island Resort and especially Guest Services!!

We've been coming for years. Nothing like it. Beautiful, fully equipped condo right on a very uncrowded beach. Great for families. There are no cars on the island and no one gets on without belonging there so your kids can run around free. Older kids love driving around in golf carts.
