Unit 2422 was amazing! We love Palm Island - so much for the kids to do but also very relaxing! The condo had everything we needed and is in great condition. Beautiful!

Overall, very nice experience. The living room furniture in our condo was beginning to look a bit worn, but the updated kitchen and comfortable beds and warm, pretty decor resulted in a comfortable stay. Great birding and privacy on the beautiful beach make Palm Island our favorite family vacation get-away.

After some 17 stays at Palm Island since the mid 1980's, it is refreshing to find the high standards maintained. The quality of the condos, properity, huge beach, landscaping, tennis courts all contribute to a most relaxing and satisfying vacation. Walking the beach looking for shells, sharks teeth and enjoying the beauty of the island are so calming. For us, it's always been a place to reduce stress, reflect on life ... the perfect change of pace.

I've been a guest of Palm Island Resort for many years. It has declined over the last several years to the point where I am more times than not, disappointed with the condition of the units, the beach chairs, the golf carts: the rating of the units is hugely off in my opinion (I won't even consider a delux or standard unit any more..they are disgusting with archaic appliances that are usaally broken at some level. The TV's are TINY. The Superior still need serious updating of appliances, paint, wallpaper, fixtures, knives need sharpening,cleaning of baseboards, shower curtains, carpets, patio furniture. More beach chairs are broken than not. Cockroaches are a constant. Blinds often don't work. All that being said, the staff is almost always pleasant, professional and eager to help.

We went for a family escape weekend not knowing what to expect for our surprise the view from our location was beautiful and relaxing, the beach was just for us, staff super friendly. We had a group of 80+ that visited Palm Island Resort. Everyone had a great time and really enjoyed all the unique characteristics the island had to offer! The island staff was extremely helpful and took care of any issues so everyone could enjoy their vacation. All the villas we stayed in were very nice and fit the needs of our group perfectly. Our favorite part of the visit to Palm Island Resort was the wildlife on and around the island; the wildlife really made the trip extraordinary.

love the island and the calmness of it all! Been going to Palm Island and don Pedro for over 25 years! We feel our unit was a bit over-priced for the quality of the furniture and bed mattresses in the second bedroom were terrible. Kitchen was great...bathroom just ok.

A time of relaxation and pleasure. So much to do and yet it took a long time to do nothing. All six of us enjoyed the beach, pool and dining at Rum Bay Restaurant. Can't wait to return.

Unit 2422 on New Years weekend was charged as an as an 'A' unit however I'll when we arrive the carpet was filthy the furniture the couch was very very dirty the toilet paper holder in the upstairs bathroom was falling out as was the towel rack we have to reach behind the toilet to get a roll of toilet tissue certainly not what some other hotel may call an A unit and charge for it

3 Bedroom/3 Bath was beautiful and had plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Views from porch and upper balcony were spectacular. We vacation here at least twice a year and have never been disappointed with our stay :)

general confusion as to water taxi closing time, 3 different people told us 3 different things, including the water taxi capt bob (?), who said finish dinner by 9 pm or swim....the good news is everyone else on staff was nice and friendly, especially dustin at coconuts and marilee and belinda at levericks
