The Island is great we couldn't ask for more. The villa we have been in for two years and both vacations the stove burner has not worked and the master bathroom needs to be gutted and redone dur to mold and cracks in the tub. I suggest asking for an updated villa when you book.

Palm Island Resort is a wonderful place to stay with a family or just to relax and getaway. Nice condos on the water and bay with many great views. Staff is very friendly and helpful

There were 3 live roaches. one was in the sheets in the closet.One in the dining and the other in the first bedroom was a flying roach.
