The only problem was a musty smell in the condo that I used 1113. I think that needs to be addressed. Everything else was great.

Our unit was very nice and suited our needs for a brief visit to the local area. My only complaint is with what I experienced in making the reservation. Here is how it went: I looked at your website to pick a unit, but many did not have interior photos available. I called to inquire about making a reservation and it was suggested to me that I do so online. So I went back to the website and chose one of the few marina condos that had photos available and made my reservation with a credit card, or so I thought. I then received an email saying I would be contacted to complete the reservation! So I called again to try and finish the process and I was told I would shortly receive an email confirming the reservation. I hung up and waited and several hours passed so I called again and this time got a different representative who said they normally get lists of online reservations the next day but she could find my reservation and complete it now, which she did. I have never seen such an arduous reservation process! This should be fixed.

It was fun to get away w/ out going too far this past Thanksgiving weekend. We kayak, and the local water was beautiful. It was a short drive to Don Pedro State Park & Placida. The shuttleboat captain was very friendly & was always on time. Leverock's & Rum Bay Restaurants had terrific food & the staffs were very friendly & professional. We would definitely go back to the Resort for a weekend.

The condo was great but #1113 is in dire need of a new mattress! It had lumps and felt like rags were under the sheets! The mattress cover and sheets kept popping off! During the night we had to get up and remake the bed. Would not use this condo again.

Never met one person from the management company, only a white drop box. Condo smelled like moth balls and old people. Busted my *** getting off the water taxi, so you could use a non skid landing there (particularly when its raining). Porta poties had no hand washing stations or hand sanitizing stations (just plain nasty). Overall poor experience. I am not a complainer, so this took alot of effort for me to express.

We would have been happy to take trash out every night as there were ants in the bathroom, kitchen and bedroom, but could not find any extra trashbags, so were unable to do this. The tile floor was extremely sticky and had to be rinsed off with wet paper
towels as there was not a mop. Suds actually appeared on the floor when damp Also, there were crumbs behind the coffee pot and toaster that I'm sure contributed to ants being in the unit. Exhaust fan in bathroom appears to have been installed backwards as
it blows in rather than exhausting out. Unit is very tastefully decorated, kitchen more than adequately equipped, and the bed is extremely comfortable. We did enjoy our visit and will definitely return. The items mentioned above will hopefully make the next
guest's visit perfect. -

the property is okay. I love the location, my boat is at the marina. The unit 1113 needs to be well cleaned and painted. The bed needs sheets that stay on the mattress when you sleep. For me the matress was horrible. The place was well furnished. Lots of the owners stuff in the bedroom closet. Like the pourch and the furniture there and in the living room.
I had a great time, but you have got to have better sheets. Every morning I woke up on the mattress with the sheets in a ball

I would recommend that the little ferry should be more flexible on it's sailing times. I know they are not part of your company.

No Central billing. Include water Taxi in rate. Add pool bar & snacks. Add Island bar & restaurant to central billing. Have beach umbrellas available on beach. Have breakfast available. Upgrade towels and bathroom lighting. water taxi hours need to be increased to allow dinner and drinks on the island and return later than 8:15 PM. Never saw the property mgr. Recommendation would depend upon resort level desired by friend. I believe it to be overpriced for what it is.

We always stay at the Marina with our Yacht Club in September (Fort Myers Beach Yacht Club). For the last three years we have had to wait for someone from the island to bring us keys to a different room because they never get the reservation right. We are always placed in the wrong building facing the wrong direction.
It would be so much easier if a. you get it right the first time, and/of b. the keys to Marina properties were avilable on the mainland.
We will be attending again this September. Hope the fourth time is the charm.
