Tv were much tooo small BR and LR. Dirty dishes in dishwasher. Location was not great, had to drive too far for restaurants.Could not use beach on alm Island only for owners.

First day was a waiste. Arrived at 3 in the afternoon to find the A/C not working. Moved to a second room, but room smelled of mold. A/C in first room was repaired and moved back to first room, launched boat and bought food. first day shot.
Second day woke to broken A/C again. Moved to third room, much better place but no cable TV. (not there to watch TV) Most of second day shot because of move.
Staff was very thoughtful and kind. V.P. of Palm Island gave us a free day stay and meal at Leverock's. This is second time at resort and will stay there again. Marina is top of line. Have always liked their professionalism. -

Toliet didn't work in first condo.[it wasn't working when we got there, toliet paper in bowl] Waited for maint and after attempting to rod, had to move to another condo. Second location OK but had ghost ants.

Our guest loved the property and enjoyed his stay at Marina Villas. Location was great. Resort personnel were awesome. However, the particular unit needs updating particularly the tiny TV in bedroom. Flat screens please!!

While our unit was clean and convenient, it was very dated and the formica cabinetry was in terrible shape. I would stay in the condos again, but request one that has been updated.

Years ago,in the late 1980's ,we used to have a company house on the ,we are very familiar with Palm Island and the Marina.Now,we had overseas friends staying on the Island for New year and we spent some time together.for this reason we stayed over night for a nice dinner on the indicated above we were very satisfied with our short stay.However, next time we would like to stay in building # 1 ? for a better summary, it is a well managed facility worthwhile a visit or two.

We visited Palm Island for our annual Xmas cruise with our yacht club. As always, the staff at Palm Island was more than accommodating. Leverrocks restaurant catered our BBQ night and the food was delicious. We took the ferry over to the beach and enjoyed both lunch and dinner at Rum Bay, always a favorite stop. We're looking forward to our next visit.

The TV's were very old and the cable did not work to give a clear picture. So we couldn't watch it at all. Maintenance tried to fix them and no luck. As cheap as flat panels are today, I can't believe they keep the outdated systems in the condo. The DVD player in the bedroom couldn't be used either. I would recommend Palm Island Resort but NOT that unit unless it was updated a little. I liked the location & view. I don't think it had been cleaned under the bed in a while. I hope they actually read these comments and try to take care of things. It was disappointing for us.

This was a last minute reservation and the ladies in the office didn't bat an eye at getting us taken care of. This is why we send the people that we care about to Palm Island.
