NJGreat first impression turned not so great stay.
Left on 04/04/2013 for a stay in September 2012
My husband & I stayed here for our wedding last September. The apartment was renovated beautifully & the grounds were well kept. The major downfall was the airconditioning unit. It kept freezing on us which ultimately disabled any cool air output which resulted to an average temperature of 88 degrees. When we tried to adjust the temperature or at least trouble shoot the problem we found that the thermostat was locked. We were hot & helpless. We tried to open the windows to take advantage of the ocean breeze only to find that our beautiful condo had no screens on the windows. Go figure... We tried to address the problem by calling the maintenance number that was noted on the informational sheet given to us but didnt get a response. We would have pursued this further had it not been the week of our wedding as we had enough going on. Needless to say we wont be going back or referring this condo to any friends. Hopefully this feedback will be instrumental in making sure this issue is resolved & prevents any discomfort for future tenants.

Thank you for posting a review of this property. Our office is open 7 days a week and all of our agents cell phone numbers are given to the tenants upon check in. We are a little perplexed about what maintenance number was called as we handle all issues in our office prior to contacting any repair company. While the situation was obviously not rectified to your satisfaction, we do hope you had a wonderful wedding in Cape May and would consider using our office again.
