We were a large group: us, our two married sons, and 2 young granddaughters. How convenient to be able to walk to the ocean in one direction and to a quieter beach (toward the Lighthouse) in a different direction. The house is nicely maintained though it had some odor - not sure what that was about. Nice to have a backyard. The house was large enough that we could have privacy and also enjoy time together. Kitchen was small-ish, but definitely good enough. Nice to have two large sitting areas, one upstairs (with outdoor terrace), and the living room and sitting room on the main floor. Ideal for letting us be together or in smaller groups. We were pleased with the ease of working with Jersey Realty -- a real pleasure, esp since this was our first rental of this type in Cape May. We would stay here again.
