There are no hidden fees with your rental agreement. There is a $500. security deposit, sent as a separate check, which I hold and return to you. This has worked brilliantly so far!

My husband was graduating from the Coast Guard boot camp in late april, and lots of family wanted to come up and celebrate. My daughter and I traveled from Indiana and his extended family came from Mississippi. We are so happy we were able to stay in this home. There was plenty of room for everyone and all the rooms were so nice. When we went out of the house it was in a central location, so we could get anywhere in just a few minutes. It was also very nice because it felt very private and safe, and grounds are beautiful. Ron Baker, the owner, was very accommodating and so friendly.

We stayed there in Oct. it was Greeeaat the yard wasfantastic,and the 5 bedrooms were great all were upstairs so you could be down in the kithen ,dining room with your coffee or take it outsid e either to the back yard or front porch . I recomend this place. Liz.

We love this property! It was such a great place to get away and relax. The home is beautifully decorated and so accommodating! The kids loved playing games in the game room area and the adults could read by the fire in the beautiful living room. The bedrooms are plush and it truly felt like a home away from home.
We would love to come back here in the summer - everything is so convenient. But, even in the winter time, it is truly a little slice of heaven. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home - we will certainly be back!! -

What a find! My friends and I had a great weekend. The location of the house was perfect for us - walking distance to shopping, the beach, and restaurants right down the street. Ron, the owner, was able to answer all of our questions and made us feel like we were home rather than on vacation.

Ron's home has a heart to it that you feel when you walk up the porch steps. The gardens are peaceful and enchanting, the rooms are comfortable, and overall, the house itself feels so solid and safe. You will sleep like a baby! It is decorated beautifully and it is clear how much love went into the rebuilding of this historic place.
