I was rather disappointed in the condition of our rental property and even more disappointed with professionalism of our rental agent.
The property had several malfunctioning plumping issues. It was however, very comfortable and clean and the location is wonderful. The views of the cove at sunset are breathtaking.
Our agent, I think his name was Chris Bizaire or something, after receiving our deposit check, returned none of our phone calls or emails requesting confirmation of our deposit and rental. I was appalled. When I spend over a thousand dollars, I expect the courtesy of having my inquires answered. -

This should have been a great review. The house is in a perfect location with wraparound ocean views. It's quite spacious, and the decor is pretty nice. Unfortunately, there were numerous issues with the maintenance of the property that we absolutely did not expect at this premium price point. Water poured into the living room when the upstairs tenants ran the hot tub. Doors would not lock, shower doors didn't close, and we could not get the wi-fi password. Management tried to get a password, but otherwise told us that it was end of season, and things get worn out.
