The house has a perfect "flow" with an open living room (with gas fireplace) and dining areas, a kitchen which can be closed off , a sitting area, a screened-in porch with comf...ortable dining for five and a full bathroom plus a darling "child s bathroom" with commode and sink at a child s height!

The kitchen is exquisite, with fabulous granite countertops, a Dacor cook top plus two large ovens, a warming drawer, two Bosch dishwashers and a large Subzero refrigerator, plus blenders, coffee pots, a microwave, a processor and every other appliance or amenity needed!

The expansive second floor King -bed Master bedroom has two large closets, its own deck, a gas fireplace and magnificent bathroom with two sinks and a Jacuzzi tub/shower with every water source imaginable!!

The second bedroom has an entrance to the rear second floor deck plus a large closet, an ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub/shower and a Queen-sized bed.

Also on the second floor is a bedroom with a Day Bed which can be used as a single bed, two twin beds or as a King bed, with the bathroom attached.

Next to the elevator on the second floor and beside the large deck with six chaise longues on it is the well-equipped laundry room, with two stackable washers/dryers , a sink and large folding table plus a storage armoire.

Ascending to the third floor, there is a large hall with a loveseat and desk. The left bedroom can sleep 4 children with the two trundle beds open. It, too, has its own deck and a bathroom with Jacuzzi tub/shower.

The fifth bedroom has its own deck, loveseat, bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower, etc., and has two twin beds which can easily be put together for a King bed. The Master Bedroom and this bedroom have beautiful ocean and beach views.

The highest quality mattresses, pillows, appliances, hardwood floors, transom windows, full-house air conditioning and vacuum system have been used to make this an unequaled home-away-from-home near one of Cape May s most wonderful beaches, several great restaurants and the walking Promenade. Sleeping 10 to 12 people, come try this spectacular property!! Either bring or rent your linens/towels, but beach chairs are provided plus there is an outside shower and off-street parking for 2-3 cars.
