Cute, Comfortable, Clean near Beach

This is a very clean, remodeled, 2 bedrooms, and one bath “quad” located in the quiet Village Green section of Victorian Cape May. You can walk six blocks to the beautiful clean beach or to the picturesque bay where you can watch the boats come and go. It is a walking distance from the downtown area where you can find variety of stores, arcades, miniature golf, ice cream shops, casual and fine dining. This house is equipped with all the comforts of home including a full kitchen, washer, dryer, Wi-Fi internet access, out door grill and central air conditioning. There is a concrete patio with a picnic table if you enjoy eating outside. The entire flooring is carpet free and is suitable for allergy sufferers. When you return from the beach, you can wash off outside in the outdoor shower. There is a one car off street parking and there also is ample street parking if needed. -Freshly painted the entire interior of the home

-Kitchen: new granite countertops, new refrigerator and relocated the washer/dryer in the kitchen to create a better flow.

-Living Room – All new furniture and new 50” flat screen tv
