COMFORTABLE FAMILY HOME CLOSE TO TOWN
LOVELY 3 BEDROOM SINGLE FAMILY HOME ON COLUMBIA AVE. EASY WALK TO THE UNIQUE SHOPS AND FABULOUS RESTAURANTS CAPE MAY IS KNOW FOR. The first floor offers a comfortable living room plus a kitchen that has been updated with all new LG appliances. There is also a powder room on the first floor. The bedrooms are all on the second floor. Bedrooms #1 and #2 each have queen beds. Bedroom #3 has 1 set of bunk beds. There is also a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room, The house also features central air, wifi, off-street parking for 2 cars and two TV s. Enjoy the big front porch for relaxing with a good book or the large back deck for al fresco dining. If you are looking for a comfortable family home in a great location and a great price, look no further. ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE ON ALL LEASES. Has Beach box located on Jefferson Street

“It was a great time in a great place.”
The home was perfect for us and the location was very good. It's close enough to walk to the beach yet far enough away from all the hustle and bustle so it was very peaceful and quiet.
