THE HOME IS ALSO PET FRIENDLY WITH A LARGE FENCED IN BACK YARD FOR CHILDREN AND PETS TO PLAY IN. THERE IS ALSO A LARGE DECK WITH A GAS GRILL LOCATED JUST OFF THE 3 SEASON ROOM FOR OUTDOOR ENJOYMENT.

It's a nice house, has everything you need. It's a little worn, but to be expected for a pet friendly house. Easy walk to the beach and some nice restaurants. Nice quick drive out of town, easy 5 min to Garden State Parkway and points north, no sitting in traffic going through town. It's located at the quiet end of town on a street with large, well manicured mansions. Nice, safe neighborhood for giving the dog long walks. Lots of room, but master bath is very small. Grill was unsafe/unusable. Outside shower almost unusable, it needs maintenance. Yard was overgrown with weeds, bushes had some poison ivy. Summer 2012 there was a skunk living under the deck. Luckily it stayed there most of the time, but it did keep knocking the trash cans over every night until I put them on the porch. Keep the dogs inside after dark unless you want them sprayed. We found several large bottles of hydrogen peroxide in the house, so it appears the skunk has been living there a while. DirecTV HD was nice to have. No beach gear provided, bring your own. We liked the location best, the skunk the least.

We appreciate the candid comments. We have addressed the issue with the grill and hope to have it replaced in 2013. We will let the owner know about the skunk so that it can be removed and relocated. We agree that the location of this pet-friendly property is great.

This quaint little house is homey and wonderful. It is very comfortable, and the back deck and yard are gorgeous and completely fenced in. The neighbors are even pleasant. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!
