This house is well kept and fully stocked . With bedrooms on one floor and kitchen and living area on another floor, it was the perfect setup for my husband and I and the 5 kids we had with us. Its located a short block from the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We liked everything about this house and would definitely stay here again.

Our family has rented on Mt Vernon for years. Renting this house allowed us to enjoy the same location. Quiet street and 1 block from the beach. The house is immaculate with all the comforts of home. Having season beach tags sitting on the counter was a wonderful added surprise. The only way up to the main floors is by stairs. This could be limiting for some. We have rented it for 2013! It is a keeper!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay in early June. The home was very clean and located on a quiet street at the end of town. Although we missed being able to walk to the town center, there are jewels on this end of town we missed in previous trips like the bird sanctuary across the street and the flag ceremony every evening. Being a military family, we enjoyed that. The outdoor shower with hot and cold water was a real plus. There are a lot of stairs in this home, but the height is a plus when you reach the balcony. We had one of our most relaxing vacations ever in this home. We wished we could have stayed longer.

We have rented this property for 3 or 4 years. It is almost perfectly situated a half block from the side beach in Cape May, with easy access to the main beach as well. Views of the ocean are limited due to other buildings. It has all the amenities you could want, minus a BBQ. Very clean and up-to-date. Spacious, even with our 5 kids. The only drawback is the stairs: 3 flights of stairs to the kitchen and main area. Not recommneded for the elderly.
