The units are available for separate rental and can be easily (by the locking/unlocking of one door)in to one... house or two. Many years ago full contruction took place to make two dwellings. 1st floor: The front porch is off the living room and is a must for breezy evenings or enjoying morning coffee (watch the horses go by). The rooms are as follows: formal living room with queen

sleeper, tv and pocket doors for night-time privacy. large separate dining room with double windows. Gourmet kitchen with cherry cabinets, subzero refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, and full

equipment to prepare all your meals (gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and more). 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths (king, 2 twins and full beds) and laundry (use of 2nd floor laundry in whole house rentals). This unit also has parking for 1-2 cars and use of the outdoor spaces including the gas grill and sand shower. Exclusive use of the first floor porch

Rents range from 950-2625/week.

2nd floor: The sunny deck is off the back on the 2nd floor for privacy. The rooms are as follows: living room (which can easily be converted to a bedroom) with tv. Large country eat in kitchen (refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and more), 3 bedrooms and two full baths (king, 2 twins and two twins) and

laundry. This unit also has parking for 1-2 cars and use of the outdoor spaces including the gas grill and sand shower. Exclusive use of the second floor deck.

Rents range from 850-2300.

515 Franklin Street - is located in the center of the historic district. It is a very short walk to all the town's attractions including the beach, activities, shops and resturants. The house is about a 3.5 block's

walk to the beach and about 1.5 blocks to the Victorian mall. Home of one the oldest iron fences, the house is on the historic horse/buggy tour. We now have an extenstive daisy garden in bloom each summer!Read more

The location is facing Hughes Street, so it has unobstructed views of the tree lined streets. It is on the horse and buggy tour route, so enjoy the clip clop sound of the beautiful horses.For more things to do…

Best to email for rate and cleaning fees. We respond quickly, promise! Rates are 2100-4550 per week for 16 people and cleaning 140-225 per week. Long weekends range from 450 to 950 for one unit, 900-1650 for whole house. Shorter stays, peak or non peak season and less guests will change the rate greatly.If the week you want is taken, we have others, I reply within 10 minutes.

Now Taking Reservations for 2013, dates are aprox (pls call or email for exact quote, restrictions apply) Rent both units and sleep 16! 1st floor unit is "upscale" and higher priced. Cleaning fee of 100-225 applies/week. If the week you want it taken, ask us, we have other similar houses, Booked 6/30, 7/7,7/14,7/28 and 8/4.

  We recently rented this home when we were in the area for a cheerleading event.. Sally is a great person to work with and everything went so smooth from beginning to end. The home is very neat and clean and is very well kept and it is very roomy. I woukd definitely rent this home or any of Sally's properties.

  Fantastic tenants and such fun too! They took advantage of the location of the house to enjoy town and the beach. Seemed they had a great time. They really took care of the house too.
