Duluth, GeorgiaBest Location On the Beach!
Left on 06/11/2013 for a stay in May 2013
We visited Cape San Blas for the first time in May 2011 and stayed in a B&B. We truly fell in love with Cape San Blas, and we decided to pursue the condo living this time. Well, Sunrise Sunset was perfect for us. The condo was spacious and very clean. We spent a lot of time sitting on the screened-in porch, and this was one of the first vacations where we rarely turned on the television! But, the location was the kicker. You look out and can almost touch the beach! We also liked the lack of lots of people and lack of noise! Finally, we like to eat out, so we ventured out for our evenng meals to Port Saint Joe. We will definitely be back!

i spent 3 night and 4 days there and it was amazing. The weather was great and there wasn't a lot of people which i like the most. the house we stayed in was very clean. There was a lot of stairs which wasn't a problem since i'm trying to loose weight. the location was was great walking distance to several shops. i didnt have any issues with the house or the location. it was a quite getaway and that is what i wanted.

Blairsville, GAGreat Place on the Gulf
Left on 09/06/2011 for a stay in February 2011
We have been going to Cape San Blas for five years after having gone to the beaches at South Walton and Panama City for the previous 30 years. We really enjoy Cape San Blas for the beautiful, wide beaches and the great sunsets.
Our first stay at Sunrise Sunset B4 was in Jan 2010. The condo was very comfortable, affordable, and right on the water. We enjoyed B4 so much that we booked it again in Feb 2011 and have reservations for 2012.
Sunrise Sunset B4 is the perfect beach getaway. Even in February there is plenty to do. It is warm enough for long walks on the beach, reading and sunning on the balcony or screened patio, or fishing in the Gulf. Port St Joe is 15 minutes away and has some good restaurants, shopping and other activities. Apalachicola is 30 minutes away with even more restaurants and shopping. And the oysters there are absolutely the best in world. Once or twice during our month-long stay we will head to Panama City for a change of pace.
But mainly we go to B4 for the beach. You are right on the gulf, the sounds, the smells and the views are so relaxing. With the bay one side of the narrow peninsula and the gulf on the other, you can watch the sun rise and set every day. The owners, Meg and Jim, are very accomodating and are quick to take care of any problems that arise.
Sunrise Sunset B4 is the perfect place to spend a weekend, a week or even months if you are looking for sun, fun and relaxation. We are excited to get there every year and sad when we have to leave.

Wonderful experience, excellent location, definitely returning
Left on 08/27/2011 for a stay in August 2011
The rental was exactly as pictured and described. Nice indoor and outdoor furniture. Floor plan has a larger feel. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, etc. Slept to the sound of waves. Stars were unbelievable (no light pollution). Rental was perfect bringing our golden retriever. We walked 45 steps (we counted) from the door to the beach. We walked the beach and sunbathed, and our dog couldn’t stay out of the water. The rental location is on quiet peninsula. Check it out on Google Maps and Google Street view. The rental was very clean, and the TV sets, cable service and wireless were good. It worked out great for our family and parents. For us it was like staying at a very nice hotel without the tourist congestion and high prices. We are planning to come back next spring.

We love Sunrise/Sunset B4
Kalamazoo, MichiganWe love Sunrise/Sunset B4
Left on 06/26/2011 for a stay in March 2011
We have enjoyed vacations at Sunrise/Sunset B4 for 8 years. It is an awesome
townhouse on one of the finest beaches in Florida. The condo was renovated 2 years ago & the owners given special attention to making it special (from the floors to the closets to the ceilings and includes a new fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of dinnerware, appliances, pots and utensils. We relax on the screened-in deck on the Gulf and enjoy the dolphins playing out front most mornings and the fantastic sunsets in the evening. Shelling is good here along with beach that is not crowded. Much of our time is spent grabbing poles and bait and taking a few steps to the water for good surf fishing. (just stand at the edge of the water and throw your line in!). We highly recommend Sunrise/Sunset B4 and look forward to heading to Sunrise/Sunset again this year.

Winfield, MissouriPerfect, perfect, perfect!
Left on 06/10/2011 for a stay in January 2011
We have spent many vacations at this location and it truly is paradise. No crowds - just miles of beautiful beach, shells, peace and serenity. The home is a perfect retreat with everything you need - no need to even leave. We sit on the deck for hours and watch dolphins and pelicans and talk about times we've spent there in the past and those trips yet to come. Sunrises and sunsets are awesome and should be enjoyed on a daily basis. The lighthouse down the road has a wonderful beach for shelling and sightseeing. This location has everything a beach and nature-lover could ask for. If you are interested in tourist attractions, rides, stores, crowds and mayhem, this is not the place for you. But if you are after beauty, nature, serenity and cleansing of your soul, this is the place you have been looking for. And if you love to enjoy all of this along with your four-legged friend it doesn't get better than this.
