Our vacation was great, except for weather, but they had no control over that. Perfect location, dog friendly and quiet. Only problems were pretty saggy king size bed, may need turned and the shower curtain liner in king bathroom needed replaced, other than those comments, it was great!!

A lovely townhouse that exceeded our expectations. Very clean and furniture like was like walking into someone's personal home, NOT something that is rented out. Jerry and Diane, property managers, were quick to address an issue that arose...very nice people, too. You won't be disappointed visiting the Seabliss unit in SeaCliffs!!!

We recently had a very relaxing stay at Seabliss vacation home on Cape San Blas, FL. The property was maintained in excellent condition and the location was beautiful. We had a view of the water from all three decks and a swimming pool right out the back door. The management company was extremely welcoming upon our arrival and very professional in all that they do with the property. This is a great place to vacation with lots of things to enjoy. We plan another trip to Seabliss in 2013!

We had a wonderful time!!! Great location and room layout (Master bedroom on top floor above kitchen and living area) with elevator too! Pool needs maintenance/face lift. That is the only complaint. Hope to stay there again next year.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this home and would return again and recommend to family and friends. All the beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Our small dog was very content to be along with us for vacation in this home. For us this was a last minute, end of summer, impromptu 4 day vacation for our family thanks to the helpfullness of the property manager. We found the house clean , comfortable , quiet and the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed for cooking and grilling for the few days we were there. Remember to bring along any groceries you will want for your stay before heading out to the property if you do not want to drive back into Port St Joe. We had a very nice dinner at the Dockside Cafe and my teen boys liked Coneheads. St Joseph Peninsula State Park is very close and was an amazing place to go for a day of walking and discovery of the undisturbed natural beauty of the Gulf Coast Beaches.

This was my first visit back to Port St. Joe as a child and it was great to see that the beach was still not over crowded. Jerry was great to work with for the rental and very responsive to any need or question. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and was just like being at home. It was also nice to be able to take the dogs with us. The entire family enjoyed our visit and would recommend this to friends. We look forward to returning next year. Thank you Ms Mary for sharing your home with us.

We had a wonderful time!! We lucked out with the weather so enjoyed the beach and pool immensely. The rental property manager was fantastic and the property itself was perfect for us (2 adults and 3 kids - 17, 18 and 20). The kids had a blast too. We love the Cape! Jerry provided us with lots of info on restaurants, rental of fishing stuff and beach equipment. We couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more......I wish that we were still there!! Thank you so much for such a pleasant stay.

This was our second year at Seabliss, and we will probably stay there again, but the advertised stereo system was a boom box; the elevator is temperamental and finally quit working at all; and the propane tank was empty. Management was friendly and cooperative, but we didn't want to deal with workers in and out of the house while we were on vacation. These things could have been attended to before we got there. None of these things would keep us from staying here again.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and plan to return. You are right, Elavators in all the Sea Cliff units are a bit tempermental and require all the doors to be firmly closed on all floors for safety reasons in order to run properly. We are always available to call and do not mind assisting guest during their visits. While the owners do furnish propane gas for the tanks it is impossible for us to know when a tank will run out. As we did with you during your stay if you call us we will deliver a fresh tank to you ASAP. We are very glad you plan to return and we appreciate your feedback.

We enjoyed our stay at Seabliss very much. We were very comfortable with the furnishings--felt right at home. Location was great--only a short walk to beach.

We did contanct the Sea Cliff Community Association regarding the pool and it is cleaned ever day by a full time staff member but the storms that pop up from time to time can create some pine needles and debris between the daily cleanings. We returned for the third straight year to this condo. It is clean, well equipped and we just love it. The owner always calls to make sure you are happy which is a special touch! We love dog friendly places. Thank you Mary for allowing us to share our family vacation with our small dog. She had as good a time as we did. We are looking forward to returning to this awesome vacation spot!

This house was the best. We stayed during spring break 2012 and it was amazing. The house has a elevator which made it much more relaxing not having to walk up and down the 4 flight of stairs. Very close to the beach. Nice pool. The house was very clean, all linens we very nice. Roomy kitchen and living area. Bedrooms are a large with plenty to space. Tv's in every room. The balconies have awesome views. Plan to go back this summer.

Our recent vacation at Seabliss was a very pleasant experience. The house is inviting and comfortable with a beautiful view of the gulf from all three decks. A very nice pool is just a few steps our the back door and can be viewed from the decks also. We look forward to our next visit in the spring because it really is a great place to vacation.
