Dolphin Vista is a wonderful pet--friendly beachfront home that sits directly on the beach on the beautiful blue-green waters of north Cape San Blas. Dolphin Vista faces due west and gets spectacular sunsets all year round. There is a beautiful wide powdery white sand beach. Note we have many other homes including Reflections, which is almost identical. We also have pool homes and homes with hot tubs so inquire for additional info. Dolphin Vista has superb beach views from the open living/dining room and from the front master bedroom. The gulf front master upstairs has a king bed... and the master on the main level also has a king bed. The other master on the top floor has a queen sized bed and private bath. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds that can be bolstered together to make a king sized bed. All four bedrooms have attached full baths. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room to accommodate 10 people. The house also has lots of closets and storage areas for guests to use.

The beach walkway is accessed right from the main deck of the home. There is a pet gate on the deck and the beach is about 100 feet away from the deck. Enjoy wide open, expansive beach views to the north and south from Dolphin Vista. Watch the dolphins play and beautiful sunsets from the main floor deck off of the living/dining room. This deck has covered and uncovered sections for sun and shade. The upper uncovered deck off the master bedroom also gets beautiful beach views and sunsets. Listen to the waves lapping on the shoreline and watch the stars from the main or upper decks.

The home is pet friendly and has a pet gate on the deck and netting between the railings to keep your “furry kids” from wandering down to the beach on their own. Dolphin Vista is 5 minutes from the State Park where you can launch your boat, bike, hike and bird watch. Enjoy fantastic shore fishing right out front of the house. There is an outside shower and room for 2 vehicles in the covered parking area plus room for a boat and additional vehicles.

The home is fully equipped for everything you need for that special vacation. There is a well equipped kitchen, full laundry facilities on the main floor, air conditioning, high speed wireless internet access, and lots of TV/DVD/VCR’s. All have been upgraded and are flat screen new TV/DVD's in all bedrooms and in in living area. There is a movie, books and games library. There is community dock access to St Joseph Bay close by. Home has gas grill, WIFI, Unlimited long distance to US and Canada. .You can rent kayaks less than ½ mile away and boat off the community dock. Use it as access to launch your scalloping expedition. The water of St Joseph Bay is clear and is one of the most pristine ecosystems on the planet. It's great to kayak or snorkel to see the local water life.

Cape San Blas is located on this beautiful peninsula, which is about 18 miles long including 9 miles of State Park at the upper end. With the gulf and gorgeous beaches on one side and pristine St Joseph Bay less than a mile away at the widest point on the other, you can see sunrises over the bay and sunsets over the gulf. We have no high rises on the peninsula so the beaches are very low density.
