We love this house for so many reasons and hope you will love it too! Five bedrooms (3 oceanfront - 2K, 1Q, 1 bayview Q, 1 limited view childrens - 2T), four bathrooms and absolutely incredible proximity to the sand and ocean. Lovely and comfortable brand new furnishings and renovations throughout! Just steps down the deck and you are on the sand with a very short stroll to the water. Expect to see a youtube video of this very soon to truly appreciate how special this location is to the sand and beach!

Our house is very... private as it is the closest to the sand and water while others remain further set back. We enjoy a unique combination of this great privacy along with the added convenience of being an extremely short walk (less than say half a standard street block) down our private driveway and just across the street to the Scallop Cove BP where you can find most basic shopping necessities including breakfast biscuits, deli sandwiches, basic groceries i.e. eggs/frozen pizza/etc, a nice beverage selection and mix of souvenir options. Awfully nice when you run out of coffee creamer :)
