If that is too much activity for you take a couple of beach chairs and a canopy that we provide and spend the day enjoying the fish and sun and gentle surf.There are many beach houses for rent on Cape San Blas but nothing quite like this elegant yet comfortable home. My family and I spent 7 days at Gloriline at the beginning of April. We brought our chocolate lab along. The house is beautiful, the beds are extremely comfortable, access to the beach and pool could not have been any better. Just be aware that the main living level of this home is on the third floor so if you have older folks or an older pet this may be an issue. Also, the ice maker in the garage is great as is the "dumb-waiter" - it kept us from having to haul groceries and luggage up all the stairs. There are lots of books throughout the house and the private decks are awesome. We were a little disappointed in the murky ocean water as we were expecting more of an emerald color but overall it was a wonderful experience.
