Cape Town Accommodation in Westridge, Mouille Point. Beautiful luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in Mouille Point with garage in a security complex.

It is situated on South Africa’s sought after platinum Mile on the Atlantic Sea Board, with UN believable views of Robben Island and the sea (Less than a mile from the V&A; Waterfront).

Here you get the best of both worlds – the close proximity to the V&A; Waterfront and the additional benefit of being able to look out onto these glorious sea views.

It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. It is newly renovated and has granite counter tops in designer kit...chen and marble vanities in both bathrooms. The main bathroom has a bath with shower and th en-suite bathroom has its own shower. It also has a heated towel rail and there are shaving plugs in both the bathrooms.

Has lovely walk-in closets (cupboards) in both the main bedroom and the 2nd bedroom with plenty of packing space.

The apartment is full equipped and also has a washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher and built-in oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, TV in lounge and main bedroom and a prepaid phone.

It is a fully furnished, self-catering apartment with all the appliances crockery, cutlery, and linen etc.

The (a) main bedroom, (b) 2nd bedroom, (c) sitting room/lounge, and kitchen all face the sea and Robben Island with really wonderful views.

The lounge opens onto a balcony overlooking the sea and Robben Island – really magnificent views.

There is also a swimming pool in the complex.

In the reception area is an Internet terminal for guests which is charged per usage.

The apartment is centrally situated and close to many of Cape Town’s world famous heritage sites.

The V&A; Waterfront is approx 1.5km (just under a mile) away with its various restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, cinema, tours etc. There is also a public bus stop to the V&A; Waterfront right outside your door.

However, I would definite recommend a car, as there is so much to do and see while in Cape Town.

You could take the bus to the V&A; Waterfront where you could go on various tours.

• (bonus – overlooking the ocean and Robben Island and close to beautiful beaches & V&A; Waterfront

The apartment also has a flat screen TV with DSTV, MNET and the usual TV channels.

Please note that our rates include: All taxes, fees & utilities, except for telephone calls. Cleaning service is provided free of charge, once per week which includes fresh linen and towels. Access to pool is included and reserved garage space in the building.

There is also a wellness center next door which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner and spa facilities..

A wonderful stay at 404 Westridge, April 19 2007

This was our first visit to Cape Town and the superb accommodation at 404 Westridge (an alternative given as Altmore 101 was booked) made our holiday a memorable one. It is really the best location in Cape Town and true to the website's description in every way.

Wonderful stay at Westridge 404

The accommodation at Westridge 404 made the vacation in CT even better than expected. Great flat with a wonderful sea view. From the balcony we could watch the humpback whales playing in the bay. Within walking distance to Waterfront and sea Point the location is perfect. Highly recommended.

  We flew over from the UK to meet our family in Cape Town to celebrate my 40th birthday. I was tasked to find an apartment for 6 of us to rent. This apartment in Mouille Point was easy to find through a google search. It's location was not only perfect for access to the Waterfront and all other tourist attractions, but what was more perfect was the fantastic view from our balcony. It is safe to walk along the seafront near the apartment, and the area is well-kept, with an excellent children's play area a short walk away. The apartment has two very spacious rooms facing the sea and one smaller room at the back with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a large shower. The apartment is fully equipped, leaving only food to buy. There is even a washing machine and tumble dryer in case you need to do some washing .. a home away from home. I spoke to the owner, Linda Payne, who was very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The apartment feels fresh and up to date, and use of an on-site garage was a definite bonus. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable, we will hopefully be back soon.

  Fantastic Views, Great Location only 20 mins walk to V&A; Waterfront, Green Point Park within 5 mins walk which is a great park for kids. Flat is very spacious and modern and fully met our needs. Have now stayed there twice and would do so again.
