- Whirlpool funktionierte erst am Schluss, Backofen war kaputt, Kühlschrank war Dichtung defekt.
Für diese Preisklasse sollte alles in einwandfreiem Zustand und sehr gepflegt sein. -

There were 6 of us on the trip. We wanted some where close to the night life , and day life. V&A; is just 5 min drive. Bobby arranged 2 parking bays for us and the service we recevied was as expected. The loft is a penthouse suite with a jucczi on the balcony ... Many hours spend in thre just watching the views of both the City and Table mountain. The other end of the loft has views of the V&A; and water frount with a bit of a sea view. The Loft was clean and tidy with fresh towels and clean bedding. The maid service came once in the 4 day stay and I guess I would have prefered her come in more often. She said it was her weekend off and i was the long weekend so I hope this was not the norm. i would suggest this venue for larger families, groups of young adults. Well done Bobby and thanks again.

For me, Villa La Lumia is a perfect hideaway in Hout Bay! The house, bedrooms, the garden, and the patio are spacious, clean and modern furnished, very well equipped and unique! It is a wonderful place for a group of friends or a family who`s looking for some great, peaceful days in this beautiful area. Set up on the hill in a very tranquil and safe neighborhood Villa La Lumia offers spectacular sunsets and views to Hout Bay harbor and beach.
All shops, restaurants and markets can be reached in a few minutes!
We did spend three great weeks in La Lumia and will be back next december! We love South africa, and especially Hout Bay with its unique charm is and adorable place in Western Cape. Since Cape Town is so close (20 min drive) it`s possible to go on sight seeing there or to go out to have party, and also the beautiful wine area around Stellenbosch is easy to reach. There are so many things to do in that region... and since La Lumia offers a spacious car with driver all our excursions were very relaxing even if we were not familiar with the left-hand traffic.

We had a most enjoyable time at such short notice.We arrived earlier than the normal check im time and we were accommodated immediately by friendly staff.The Loft penthouse is immaculately decorated, modern and spacious.Centrally situated with beautiful views...We looking forward to be back

My husband and I spent a lovely weekend away at the Manhattan Lofts.Penthouse apartment. The penthouse is nice and spacious with beautiful views of Cape Town and Table Mountain. Unfortunately the jacuzzi wasn't hot when we arrived, but that was because it was just installed and we could only book in later... We loved the rest of our stay though!! Will definitely stay there again, hopefully in Summer so that we can enjoy the jacuzzi and pool more.

Situated in the heart of Cape Town, central to Table Mountain, V&A; Waterfront, local markets and the reknowned Long Street, this apartment is ideally situated for single couples, friends and families alike. And to top it all off, it hosts a jacuzzi overlooking Cape Town... what better way to end a day in the winelands but to sit in the jacuzzi, sipping your wine, taking in the sights and sounds of South africa's most beautiful city? I would stay here forever if I could...
