Outstanding view and beach access, many dining options in the area, easy access to transportation, just down the street from shopping, good service, what's not to like here?!?
Well, for a family with younger kids, it's not the best layout (ask Elizabeth for her aquarius 904 property instead) due to all the hard surfaces (sand from the beach on the tile). However, for a couple or a pair of couples, I think this would be outstanding. Could be very relaxing or very romantic depending on how you treat it. Nice kitchen and great bathrooms, but the Crown Jewels are the view (Table Mountain & the bay) and being right across from the beach. Amazing place..with and jaw dropping view. I never tired of looking out the window or sitting on the balcony.
The apartment was of a very high standard with wonderful furnishings throughout and a great range of kitchen utensils etc.
Elizabeth was very helpful from day one..such nice touches such as Milk and Juice in the fridge.
I will be back for sure! -

Elizabeth was very very helpful and accommodating in renting the apartment.
Upon arrival there were little welcome touches in the apartment.
I could not have asked for a more comfortable, functional and welcoming 'home' from which to show a UK visitor the best Cape Town has to offer.
Bedrooms, bathrooms, lounnge, balcony and kitchen were all perfect. The apartment has every amenity that may be needed from wifi to satalite tv to lovely towels and cooking facilities.
Will definitly visit again.
The view is brilliant. Wish I could stay longer.
