The apartment is in walking distance from shops and grocery stores, easy to travel to/from the city centre and accessible via public transportation. On the doorstep is the beautiful Sea Point Promenade - about 6 kilometers long - a path along the ocean for a scenic walk or run, with many other recreational sections including playgrounds, a public Olympic size swimming pool, mini-golf (putt-putt), and grassy areas to picnic, relax or join others to play soccer. Walk the promenade to the nearby V&A; waterfront complex of shops, restaurants, movies, ferries to Robben Island, a craft market and other entertainment. Also in walking distance is Greenpoint's new Biodiversity Garden.

My husband and I stayed in the Cape Town Oceanview Georgeous apt for a week. The apartment is located in a nice and safe neighborhood. Restaurants, cafes, drug store and whatever we needed was literally around the corner. And there were amazing ocean views from every room. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, comfortable and equipped with modern amenities. The owner is friendly and very hospitable, giving us plenty of tips and advice on how to enjoy our stay in Cape Town to the fullest which we did! Our stay at Cape Town Ocean View Gorgeous apt was a wonderful experience and our only wish was to be able to stay longer.

Beautiful new apartment with a superb view of the ocean and Greenpoint Stadium. Walking distance to shops, cafes, parks, restaurants and the Seapoint Promenade. The apartment had everything we needed and the minor requests we had were dealt with efficiently. On breezeless days it may get a bit hot, but visitng during March, this was not a problem for us. We have not hesitation in recommending it.
