105 Doric is our second apartment in this building in the hub of Green Point . Although there is no ocean view, our clients have been delighted with the position as it is a short walk to the V&A; Waterfront, the Green Point Stadium, the Metropolitan Golf Course, the Cape Quarter and public transport.
The apartment is modern, although the building is a 1960's style. It is spacious, 54sqm, with an open plan living area comprising lounge and modern kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare gourmet or stay at home meals and includes an oven, hob, microwave and fridge.
