We absolutely loved our 10 day stay in Kylemore B apartment 107. The apartment is beautifully finished and the views overlooking the canal are stunning. The service was great, Arthur was very professional and efficient and organised a cot to be waiting at the apartment for us. Katie who met us at the security gates and showed us to the apartment was an absolute delight, nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment was cleaned at least twice a week at our convenience by 2 gorgeous cleaners. The building is in a secure complex which we found very reassuring and is only a stroll away from the fabulous V&A; Waterfront. A first class apartment accompanied by first class service. Highly recommended.

We rented a two bedroom apartment in the Helensee Block for a week on the top floor. We have rented in the same marina developement before. The flat was very clean and comfortable, and had nice views over the water and canal to 'The One and Only Hotel ' at the front, and table mountain at the back. There is 24 hour security at the entry points, and secure underground reserved parking ( we had two bays) . You have free use of some of the small pools, or for a small extra payment can use the main pool and gym. Internet was free if you walked over to the office for free wifi, otherwise was charged if you wanted it at the flat. This is a great place to stay as you can walk via the gated walkways to the V & A shopping complex where there are dozens of nice restaurants.

Staying at Kylemore 107B was a pleasure. Apartment is tastefully furnished, beautiful views of the marina,and is within walking distance from the Cticc, CBD, and the ever vibrant V&A; waterfront. The popular Camps Bay is only a few minutes drive. Stayed at the apartment for 7/8 days I spent in Cape Town and I was sad I couldnt stay there for the 8th night as well.
With a little bit of improvent on housekeeping, the apartment could easily qualify as 5 star.
I wish the apartment had a hair dryer too. -

The apartment is in a very neat and secure complex. We would walk to the V & A mall anytime and the morning jogs by the canal were very therapeutic. The sight from both bedrooms was breathtaking

Our holiday stay at the V&A; Waterfront couldn't have been any better. The apartment was large, luxurious and perfectly situated on the water's edge, with undercover parking. In a very secure, modern development, Kylemore feels a world away because it is so peaceful. The living room and both bedrooms are comfortably furnished, but not overly luxurious. All the rooms opened onto the huge balcony, and sitting out there was a dream. The apartment block is right next door to the luxury One & Only hotel (with world class restaurants) and a short walk to the Cape Grace (consistently ranked one of the top hotels in africa). Just far enough from the noise of the working harbour, it's perfectly situated to enjoy waterfront living. It is also a short, safe stroll to the popular waterfront shopping complex, a wide range of bars and restaurants and the Robben Island ferry. The city center is 5 minutes away by car, and the best beaches are an easy 10 minute drive. If you're looking for a luxurious space to unwind that's close enough to all the city highlights, then I highly recommend staying in one of these apartments

Juliette 307's location is great. We were walking distance from the waterfront, from city center as well as sea point. It is safe and secure. Ms Brand was a great help in getting us settled. The flat had everything one would need. We could have breakfast on the balcony or just relax there with a book. It was also quiet with a beautiful view on the canal.

We couldn't have been happier with the location of this condo. We could sit in the diningroom or on the balcony and see Table Mountain in all its glory. We were also within an easy walk of the mall on the Victoria and alfred Waterfront.
The condo was spotless and well appointed. I only had one complaint, but this is a complaint I had about all our South african accommodations. The internet sucked. It was outrageously expensive (compared to what we pay in the us) and very slow. -

The accommodation was beautiful, clean, modern, and spacious. There were lovely views and really good amenities. it was in a very central location with many restaurants and activities within walking distance. Security was really good and staff very friendly and responsive.

I highly recommend these apartments for location, comfort, safety, value for money and excellent service. The booking was made with ease, someone was there to meet us as arranged and everything that was promised was there. The apartment is spotless with all he comforts of home.
The Waterfront is within walking distance which is great and the view is excellent!

We have stayed in the apartments a couple of times and on each occasion we found them to be clean, comfortable and well maintained. Their close proximity to the Waterfront and surrounding area made them an ideal place to base ourselves. The parking and entrances were secure and staffed by friendly people. There will be no doubt we will stay in the apartments next time we are in Cape Town

very good. received on time and welcomed to a very functional clean apartment in a great location. the car parking security is particularly good especially for women re their comfort and safety. The pools are not great, a little small and the outlook is so so, but there is so much to do in Cape Town if you want a pool holiday then this is not where to come.

This apartment is truly home from home. Everything you could want was thought of. Each bedroom had its own great view, one looking out onto Table Mountain, the other overlooking the peaceful canal. The balcony was a wonderful place to start and end the day. The kitchen was very well equipped. We like to cook and found everything we needed. The only thing I would say is they needed more in the way of oven dishes. We walked into the V&A; most evenings for dinner, shopping or drinks,it was on our doorstep. The security is excellent. The guys on the entry booth were we're very friendly and helpful. They organised cabs for us when needed.
Our stay in Cape Town was a very memorable one, and coming home to this apartment each evening was one of the highlights. -

Excellent accommodation ideally positioned to enjoy Cape Town attractions. Pleasant strolls to shops and restaurants of V &A; Waterfront where excellent wining and dining could be enjoyed without fear of "breathalyser" on return journey. Safe, secure and totally satisfying, I will visit again.

From the minute we checked-in the service we receiced was excellent.
A big plus to us is that the unit is always clean and neat!!
The unit is central and close to everything we like to do in Cape Town. (The V&A; ,the Mountain, Beaches, Shopping etc)
Main reason why we always book this unit is that its safe.
The security is excellent !! I recommend this unit to anyone that wants to stay in Cape Towm for a few days -

The service was 1st class from the booking to handing back the keys at the end of our holiday. The apartment was total luxury and located in an exclusive development with swimming and gym facilities.
We liked the location as it was just a short walk from the water front area and all the bars and restaurants, but far enough not to be disturbed. -

My family of 4 stayed at the altmore for about 2 weeks. The apartment was located at 10 mins walk from the V&A; Waterfront. It was clean, comfortable and big! We found several groceries nearby to buy food and cook for the family. We spent several evenings walking to the waterfront and having dinner. The apartment was very safe and secure. My family has traveled all over the world and we consider this one of our best vacations! A major factor was the comfort of the accommodations at the altmore. If we decide to come back to South africa, we will definitely stay at the altmore again!

Brilliantly appointed apartment just 10 minutes walk away from the V & A waterfront complex. Also Cape Town city centre 15 to 20 minutes walking. All amenities you could wish for including washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable TV, air-conditioning, undercover parking and WiFi available for a fair price. We have booked a similar apartment in the same location for 2013.
