Situated in the V&A; Waterfront this prestigious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment offer sophisticated luxury with all the amenities and security within the V&A; Waterfront.

It boasts beautiful views of Table Mountain, the canal and a portions of the city centre, with a private balcony leading off the living room overlooking the canal.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (main and en-suite). It has marble floor tiles in both the bathrooms and the kitchen. The apartment is also fully air conditioned in the main bedroom, second bedroom and lounge/kitchen,

The bathroom vanities are also marble and the en-suite ba...throom has a heated towel rail, shaving plug and hairdryer.

The designer kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils. The apartment includes Satellite TV, washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, telephone and secure undercover parking.

The apartment has its own separate alarm system and is also equipped with a digital safe. The complex has 24 hour access control security and roaming guards throughout the complex.

There is also a heated swimming pool with wooden patio loungers and umbrellas.

In the quarterdeck amenities building there is another larger swimming pool and a a gym overlooking the yacht marina.

The V&A; Waterfront provides a relaxed lifestyle with convenience, security and comfort and is strategically situated for the tourist or the business executive.

Cape Town city centre is a short walk from the V&A; Marina or if you choose you can take the water taxi down the Marina canal which extends inland to the Cape Town International Convention Centre.

  Following really good communications with the owner, we arrived in Cape Town early after a long flight from Melbourne. Linda was able to facilitate an early entry to the apartment for us.
  We were impressed with the size , quality, fitting and location of altmore 201. Much better than we had expected.
  
  We found the location to be great for the things we wanted to do in Cape Town and the apartment something to look forward to at the end of each day.

  As a customer booking on-line from the UK, both Linda and Rose couldnt have made the process easier. They were heplful, patient and offered super advice. The apartment was of a great standard and in an amazing location. A great time was had by all!

  Perfect apartment for stay in Cape Town!

  We stayed in the apartment for two weeks over December 2012. The apartment is a 5-10 minute walk from all the restaurants, shops and facilities at the Waterfront. You can also get water taxis which the kids loved and were very reasonably priced. The apartment self was perfect: modern furniture, open, bright and clean with lots of space, a big dining room table and a good size balcony with outside table and chairs. Two double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen inlcuding a washing machine and tumble dryer which came in very handy if you have young kids like us or are there for more than a few days). The apartment was cleaned 2-3 times per week which included a change of towels and sheets (which were of hotel quality I will add!). There is a full set of Dstv channels (sky, Bloomberg, Cnbc, M-net Movie and Sport channels & more) and Wi-Fi was available at a small cost which Linda arranged. Being in the Waterfront complex the security was excellent. There are 3-5 pools in the Marina you have access too - we mostly used the bigger one nearest the apartment with the kids. There is a gym too in the development which you can join for a small fee (R15O per week when we were there). It has a good range of exercise machines and has a great view over the Waterfront. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend this apartment to all our friends. Linda was great advising and accommodating our requests.
