We booked two rooms in the Three Palms Luxury Cottage and had a fabulous stay for nearly two weeks. The owner Gert took very good care of us and was a great host. The interior of the cottage shows a great attention to detail from the owners. You will find a 4***+ "European" standard that cannot be beaten from some 4*** hotels in Europe. Very clean kitchen, living room and sleeping room areas and a stylish bathroom where you can take a refreshing shower after a hot day. The beautiful garden invites you to lean back, relax and enjoy. And then Gert will definitely come along to offer you a cold beer or wine from his awesome bar. All in all an insiders' tip in Blouberg!! As we have family in that area we will come back soon especially as we found a new friend in Gert!

Wir waren zum ersten Mal dort und haben durch die vielen ausflustipps von Gert einen tollen Urlaub verlebt.
Das 3palms ist eine tolle Unterkunft in Kapstadt mit Familienanschluss. Die Zimmer sind sauber, sehr geräumig, haben ein großes Badezimmer und sind stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, so dass eine Selbstversorgung hier ohne Probleme möglich ist. Das umfangreiche Frühstück ist aber auch extra Empfehlung wert.
Restaurants, Kneipen und Supermärkte sind in der direkten Umgebung vorhanden und auch der Bloubergstrand ist innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen.
Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt!

We stayed at the Three Palms for a week in February 2012. On arrival we were greeted with a bottle of Champagne and an invitation to join the owners at their barbecue that evening. The accommodation is just as good as the photographs. It is clean, beautifully equipped and I would not hesitate recommending it. Gert the owner was particularly helpful in providing us with information about the area and driving routes. We were able to drive into the centre of Cape Town in around 15 minutes though local beaches are five minutes away.

We took our 14 month old little boy to stay here for 10 nights, and what a find it turned out to be. From booking the trip 6 months prior to flying Gert & Antoinette could not be more helpful arranging things for our little one and generally giving advice. The accomodation is very spacious and well equipped and would suit any style of traveller, it only took hours for it to feel like home. Stop searching and book up you wont be disappointed.

Eine wirklich in jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswerte Unterkunft! Wir haben hier mit unserem 6-j?hrigen Sohn 2 Wochen wunderbaren Urlaub im dem ger?umigen und sehr stilsicher eingerichteten Cottage verbracht, das wir im ganzen gemietet hatten. Absolut ruhige aber doch strandnahe Lage. Restaurants wie der enpfehlenswerte Blowfisch sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Wagen zu erreichen. Aber auch Fahrten nach Downtown oder in die Winelands sind von hier aus problemslos m?glich. Kein Grund also, andere Unterk?nfte in zentralerer Lage zu bevorzugen. Auf dem Gel?nde ist ein kleiner Pool und ein sch?n gestalteter au?ensitzplatz f?r die G?ste. Deckchairs sind auch da. Wenn wir mal nicht unterwegs waren, sind wir hier gerne geblieben.

The 3 Palms is a real find for businessmen: 24 hour wireless high speed internet, telephone, fax access - you name it. The best though is not being stuck in a little hotel room. You have not only your own en-suite bedroom, but also a living room and kitchen at your disposal, and a beautiful garden with a heated pool to relax and work. Also it's ideally located for meetings in Cape Town and close to the airport.
Besides this it is also very very nice with friendly helpful people. I loved it!

Our stay at the 3 Palms was just what we needed, great hosts and location!! I was with my two children aged 20 and 18 visiting family, and we thoroughly enjoyed the space and hospitality of Gert and antoinette. Our week long stay was far too short, it felt like we owned the place. Great location for the beach, shopping and entertainment. We certainly will be back as I dont think we could find another place quite like this. Thanks to Gert antoinette and Zarah for making us feel most welcome. See you again!

Fantastic 5 star experience
I really enjoyed my stay at the 3 Palms.
It's a beautiful place within a beautiful area of Cape Town.
Breakfast is amazing and the tranquillity of the place is just what I needed. You can basically rent out a whole house with 2 beautifully decorated en-suite bedrooms and a very spacious living room and open plan kitchen, absolutely lovely.
Also Gert and Antoinette are the perfect hosts and assist you with whatever you ask for and they even take you out to the local pub if that is what you are looking for.
I will be back at the end of June and that won't be the last time either, most likely.
Overall, 5 stars I would say :-)

What a luxuriously idyllic cottage, perfect for
either a fantastic tranquil holiday or a peaceful
venue for a business stay in the most beautiful
surroundings. Your hosts are the most welcoming
friendly helpful people with your comfort and
happiness at heart. Every time I have been to 3
Palms I have had a superb stay, and even been
invited and given the opportunity to join in their
very hospitable fun gatherings. The beautiful beach
is very close, or you can sunbathe and swim in the
