Outstanding sea views over beautiful False Bay. Three minutes from the lovely bathing beach.All this from the comfort of a spacious apartment from which you can watch all the activity in the sea below. Kite surfers and sailing or leisurely swimmers enjoying the surf. In season (August to October generally) the whales join in the fun and perform for their audience!
A heavenly place to relax but no shortage of places to exercise if that is what is required. Lovely walks in the National Park which surounds Fish Hoek. One of the best golf courses in the Cape is five minutes away.

Fish Hoek is situated 35 km from the Cape Town CBD. The beach is one of the best in the Cape and as we are surrounded by the Cape Point National Park there are many areas to explore. Cape Point is about 20 km's away and enroute the Boulders Penguin colony is fascinating to view. Simonstown (a short distance down the road)is a small historic naval town used as a fuelling station in the early sailing days in the 17th and 18th Century and is now the headquarters of the South African Navy.

We had a wonderful time at Nthaba Beach Lodge, a beautiful and historical house. We were always met with friendly and helpful service and felt most welcomed. The accommodation was clean, spacious and private and the views form the lounge were spectacular. We also enjoyed the outdoors entertainment area. It is without hesitation that I would recommend Nthaba Beach Lodge, as a great place to stay.

The view of the coast line was an amazing soul lifter for all of us, especially my aged and frail dad who could lie in the bed and see the sea. The accommodation was very spacious and very close to the beach and shops. It is an ideal environment for a wonderful family holiday. Our hosts were very welcoming and went out of their way to ensure our comfort.

Our welcome at Nthaba Lodge was just wonderful, everyone so helpful and accommodating.Such care had been taken to make our honeymoon accommodation really special - the treats of flowers,champagne etc. made us feel at home right away.
The apartment has the most wonderful views across the Fish Hoek bay and we never tired of sitting in the lounge and admiring it all. The location is great, across the road and you are on the beach. The apartment was really well equipped and although we didnt need all the rooms it would be perfect for a family or group of friends. The decor is very homely, with lots of books and even binoculars for watching the dolphins in the bay!
We loved our stay and next time we are back in South africa will definately be back for another stay. Thank you so much Gill!
