Milanovery nice, but...
Left on 12/17/2010 for a stay in November 2010
in respect to last year, the villa yukka was not in optimal shape, it seemed not any more well maintained. Some lights didn't work (kitchen, batchroom), the bed in the master bedroom broke down, one of the the whirlpool bubble systems did not work, the first night, all the water from the whirlpool ran out, flooding the whole terrace, even wetting the ceiling of the master bedroom,...

Manager
Hi Michael,
Please accept our apology for these small issues which you have mentioned. The whirlpool can be a little unpredictable at times, and as we had recently had it serviced, something must have caused the water leak. As you know, we did attend to this as soon as we could. Same goes for the issue with the bed.
Please be sure that the villa is receiving constant maintenance, and currently all of the issues you have mentioned above have been fixed as per your recommendations.
Thanks again for choosing to stay at Villa Yukka for a second year in a row, and next year, please be assured that everything will be 100% for you!
