Stressed, anxious…looking to really decompress or wanting a central home base in search for your retirement/investment property…here is THE place: a wonderful villa nested in the mountains of “Capira” surrounded by rolling hills and tropical vegetation, in a 24/hour secured area. Your neighbors: the “Campana national park” and the “Cerro Trinidad” act as barriers resulting in fewer rains than “El Valle” and certainly “Boquete” so you can enjoy more sunny days;-) However when it rains it feels very nic...e as you just sit back and enjoy the breeze. Breathe in the pure air…no smog here!

This home has been tastefully decorated and fitted with all the modern comfort such as satellite T.V. (to be able to follow your favorite show or stay tuned with the world), WiFi so you can still work (in this ambiance it is a real pleasure!) & a gourmet kitchen for your romantic dinners…along with a barbecue to enjoy the pool area…and to make your stay worry free, our housekeeper will come twice weekly to clean the house & the pool will be taken care of 3 times a week.

My favorite feature of this house along with the cathedral ceilings, the stunning kitchen & the terrace is the breathtaking views that you have from every corner of the house, you really can’t beat that anywhere else in Panama…soak in the pool (it’s not a big pool but enough to refresh yourself and do exercise) with your favorite drink or just take in the nature (you’ll see a variety of birds such as eagles, hocks, flycatchers, hummingbirds etc...) and…RELAX on the beautiful patio furniture and the comfy hammock…you won’t want to leave your home away from home;-)

One of the great assets of the villa is the LOCATION: only a 50 minutes’ drive from “Panama City”, 30 to “La Chorrera” & “Coronado” (lots of shops & restaurants), 1 hour 15 to “El Valle de Anton”…and you can find beaches as near as 20 minutes away.

Whether you come with your partner or share this home with a couple of friends you will have plenty of space to spread out as it has 2 Master bedrooms each with their en-suite bathroom and balcony to enjoy the views…privacy is not an issue as each Master suite is on opposite wings of the house.

You will absolutely LOVE it!!!

This is our parent’s home that we rent for others to enjoy when they are away in Europe…so no details have been spared…you will feel right at home (FYI it is a clutter free home as their belongings are put away in a 3rd bedroom). Needless to say that we handpick our guests to ensure that they will be returning to the same well taken care home that they cherish…only neat guests welcomed…no smokers, no parties and no pets allowed.

For your convenience we also offer great city condos in the most sought out locations such as: the “Amador” by the Causeway & the colonial neighborhood of “Casco Viejo”...as well as great tours led by Rudy himself who is a certified tour guide!

We are your one stop shop: city stay, sightseeing tours in & around the city and relax in the mountains!

  My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 ½ month stay in this villa. It's truly an idyllic retreat: beautifully yet simply furnished with everything you could need for a luxurious, carefree stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill for those who prefer to do their own cooking. There's ample grocery shopping at either La Chorrera or Coronado, with several small markets closer by for incidental items. The home and pool were immaculately cared for by the housekeeper which left us free to simply relax and soak up the sunshine.
  
  In our travels through the Pacific side of Panama (from Panama City to the azuero Peninsula and lots in between) we never found a more serene setting or drop-dead gorgeous view than we had at this villa! With the added attraction of being able to make the short trip back into Panama City for the restaurants, shopping and entertainment to be found there, this villa was ideally situated as a retreat from the distractions of city life.
  
  You could not wish for better proprietors than Patty and Rudy. They have always provided ultra-responsive concierge level service for every question and need during our stays (both at this villa and at their city properties). They also offer terrific airport transport, as well as personally guided tours by Rudy, both of which we were definitely glad we'd arranged for while in the city.
