Large, Spanish style house with courtyard and lots of space yet right on the sand. There is an apartment in the back that can also be rented for an additional rental fee. Fireplace that is two-sided makes for lots of places to sit and read or watch TV or play games. Large dining table and ample sized kitchen. This is a great family reunion home!

I stayed in this beach house early June of last year and loved it! It is a large house with plenty of room for people (24 of us actually). Its not a super high class place, but it is still nice. It actually turned out well, because we didnt have to stress about things getting too dirty or sandy. The kitchen is decent sized, and there is wifi and a courtyard, which is really fun to have. The upstairs is more modern compared to the main floor, but half of it is off limits, at the owners request; this was totally fine for us. You obviously go to a beach house for the beach, and the beach was amazing. When they say private beach, they mean it. The only people on the beach were others who had rented houses along the road, and a few morning joggers, Thats it! The back patio has a wonderful view of the water and also has a shower to wash the sand off your body before going inside. The beach is sandy by the deck, but has larger rocks in some places, somewhat farther out toward the ocean. We all really loved this place, and it is in a really great location. If you go here, be sure to go to Pedro's Tacos and get the carne asada buritto with potato, we were so glad we discovered it! We loved this trip so much, we are going back to the same place this year.
