Our rentnal has the best ammenties, parking and view in town. Just a few minutes to walk to eat dinner, ice cream or have a glass of wine at a great bars with great music. The Beach House people are wonderful to work with.

For the last 17 years we have stayed at this location. We love coming down as does our children and grandchildren. Beach House Rentals is the best and so accommodating to our needs. We loved the new furniture.

Nice ocean views, well equipped, clean, secure underground parking, and dog friendly with near-by grass area. Right at edge of the Village and wharf. Do remember to enter the garage on the right side and exit it towards the left side so you miss the steep part of the driveway.

I've stayed in several other properties in Capitola, and I have to say this was one of the most comfortable for a group (we had 6). We loved the two levels and multiple balconies - and ocean view! Great location to watch the town activities below. I would stay there again for sure!

We spend the Wharf to Wharf race week in Capitola each year and have stayed in 5005 Cliff Dr. #4 for over ten years. It is the best location in the village and the included parking is a big plus in the summer season. It is just a few steps to the village, beach and pier. What else can you ask for. The view is great, especially from the upper level patio and you can chose to watch the action or join the party.

The condo was perfect for our needs. We love visiting Capitola and enjoy the surf, sand and ocean spray. Unfortunately, I sliped and bruised my ribs and ended up "resting" in the condo the whole week, but everybody else had a great time. It's close enough to the Boardwalk to enjoy concerts and games and rides, and for those with cast-iron stomachs, the many halls of culinary catastophe were ready to serve up the most tasty, but unhealthy foods in the world.

We were very pleased with our condo. However we did cringe as the undercarriage of our late model rented minivan scraped on the pavement every time we came or left the otherwise nice garage. I gave it 4 stars for value purely because I'm from the midwest and was surprised at the cost. The lockbox check-in method was a great idea.

location. location,location. It was great to pull into the parking garage after going out and around the local attractions. the view and people watching from the two patios were very cool! it accomadated 8 people very well, the master bed was crazy comfortable. A suggestion to the owner, arrange with client for housekeeping once in middle of visit.

As always our stay in Capitola is fantastic. This was our 16th year and hopefully we will have 16 more plus. Our family loves coming to Capitola and counts the days until our next stay. Our rental is great with everything close by. Beach House Rentals staff is accomodating and dedicated to making our stay an enjoyable event.

We have used other rental agencies in the past and have found Beach House Rentals to be far superior in customer service. They take care of everything and see that your stay is wonderful. 5005 Cliff Dr. #4 is one of the best rentals in Capitola. It is located near the beach, wharf and all the resturants and shops. The condo offers a great place to relax, watch the ocean and the activity in the village. It is convenient to be across the street from the beach and within walking distance of all the hot spots in Capitola. Having two secure parking spaces is a definite plus. Your will surely enjoy your stay as we have for the past 12 years! The condo could use some new furniture.

I liked the fact that you could bring animals. I liked the location. The upstairs room was fun for kids to escape. I loved the enclosed parking, for safety purposes. The only recommendation I would make is for the owner to update the shower and tub hardware.
