This cozy ground floor studio condo has recently been remodeled, very modern and comfortable. It is located at the entrance to the Capitola Wharf. A perfect location for a young couple or even a student, just a few steps from the sand. Stroll out on the wharf and enjoy live music on summer weekends, and watch the abundant sea life frolicking in the waves. A short walk to numerous boutiques and restaurants. I rented the condo for 2 months this fall and really enjoyed my stay. Great location, really nice and clean studio. I never had an issue with parking but it can be a little noisy at times since you are at the street level with the cars and people coming and going from the wharf entrance. Regardless, I loved it. Awesome property management team! Would definitely stay again!

We picked this place solely for the location. You can't beat being right on Capitola Pier and steps to the beach. However, the room was very small. Too small for the 3 nights we stayed there. But, room was very clean, and furnishings were all in good shape.

Location, location, location however the unit is small and needs to refine some of the furnishing to provide manuverability and storage for clothing. On the negative - parking situation - requires permit & you have to find a spot and the exterior parking lot of side the door (if you're lucky your car is parked in it) street light shines through the thin drapes. Also, studio does not have a view of the beach however this can be remedied by walking to the wharf.

Very attractive and excellent location. Right on the beach! A bit of a hassle setting up the futon every night. Also, needs a dust buster available to clean up sand. Full kitchen was nicely equipped, but no toaster. Really best for a single person.
