A great spot for a family reunion as you watch sunrises and sunsets from the large deck atop this spacious vacation rental with an ocean view. The home is located in a quiet area of Capitola Village, but still just steps from all the excitement along the Esplanade, at the Beach, and shopping, galleries, restaurants and more. The many amenities this vacation rental has to offer include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fireplace, and nice patio including wet bar and BBQ. The kids will love the 4th bedroom with a secret hiding place with bunk beds located off the 2-car garage.

fun for all..ages 2 to 85
great time in the heart of Capitola...teens loved the bunk room off the garage. Nice to have a garage, although it was too skinny for our Expedition (not too short)...totally smooth check-in. Nice kitchen, rest totally adequate...only thing we didn't like was the area rug in the living room was disgustingly dirty...would be better to just take it out...thanks...

We had a very nice time and were very comfortable in this home.
This home is very comfortable and large. We spent 4 days here with our sons and everyone had a good time. The kitchen is recently remodeled and very nice. I will recommend this home to our friends.

Capitola Summer Break with my kids!!!
My kids and I loved our accomodations at 303 Cherry ave. in Capitola, Ca that we arranged through Beach House Rentals. The house was large, comfortable, clean and, most importantly, close to the beach and shops. We had a great time and plan to do it again!!!

Geat family time
Our stay was fantastic, it was great family time. Great location, just a few blocks from beach, shopping, restaurants, we spent a day at Santa Cruz Boardwalk.
The purpose for the stay was to go to the us Open in Monterey, which was about an hour drive with traffic. The only complaint we have is the pillows were flat and smelly as well as the comforter in the Master bedroom. Everything else was fine and yes we would stay there again. Oh one more thing the TV in the livingroom needs to be bigger at least 36 inches.

We had a great time..very close to the beach and shops and fun, fun, fun, for the whole family. the living space was just right for all of us...very clean and convertable...
