Enjoy this modern condo across the road from the Capitola Wharf and beach. Floor to ceiling windows create a light and spacious living area. The balcony off living room affords village views and ocean peeks. There is a great private back patio with BBQ for entertaining. A short stroll over the bridge will take you to the village where you can enjoy an assortment of entertainment and shopping. ~1000 Square Feet

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great location, beautiful beach decor and furnishings, spacious with high ceilings, nice patio with bbq grill and outdoor furniture, clean, and comfortable. Lots of windows and ceiling fans kept the temperature inside comfortable. Close walking to beach, village, shops, etc. We will definitely return to this condo. Thank you Beach House Rentals for helping make our stay an enjoyable one!

Really enjoyed our stay there. Our kids liked it a lot better than a hotel. Very well equipped and comfortable. So close to beach and restaurants.

+ Interiors: Open plan layout; Well furnished

We very much enjoyed our stay at 4995 B Cliff Drive. Overall really great for our family. The location and the decor were fabulous. We enjoyed all of the ammenities. The only thing missing was window coverings in the Master bedroom, since the house was recently remolded I assume they are on their way.
The kitchen was fairly well equipped. Sleeps 6 comfortably.
