We spent a wonderful week in this villa high above Capo d'Orlando. Stunning views of the see and islands and mountains, huge house, excellent restaurant La Perla near by, trips to Palermo and Etna mountain -- the vacation is unforgettable. The owners are very helpful, and the house is well equipped and convenient -- we could not ask for more.

We stayed here for a few nights in the June 2012. Very convenient location. Out of the crazyness of the town. Very quiet and peaceful. Pool was a fantastic plus. Very large place with plenty of room to sleep 12+. We had 6 adults and 7 children there, no problem. Landlord/Owner was fantastic. Rate was great. Definitely worth the money. I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend it to anyone.

We rented this property for one week as we were looking for a private villa not too far from the sea with fantastic views and a pool and this villa ticked all the boxes. The property owners were charming and made sure that we enjoyed our stay. They maintained communication prior to our arrival to ensure we found our way to the property and were there to greet us. The villa is located almost at the top of a large hill which is reached by steep and winding roads that you soon get used to. You are spoilt for balconies, outside seating areas and even have a roof terrace with spectacular views of the coastline. The pool was a welcome relief after the heat of Sicily and there are even 'outdoor speakers' so you can relax in the pool whilst listening to music. The showers work perfectly with a good strong water flow (always a worry when renting), the sofa areas are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and the ceiling fan is adequate to cool down the main downstairs area whilst portable fans are available in the bedrooms. We managed to visit Cefalu, Savoca, Etna and Taormina during our week and feel that this villa is perfectly placed for visiting the north and east of the island. There are supermarkets nearby in Capo d'Orlando or Naso, Naso being a pretty hilltop town just 5 minutes drive away. We really cant praise this property enough. It was good value for money with everything we were looking for and felt 'lived in' and 'homely' rather than 'sterile' and 'characterless' which can sometimes be the case with holiday rentals. Having said that, it was spotlessly clean. We felt very happy here and were sad to leave the lovely villa and the beautiful Island. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We have been in the villa for a week, we arrived on Saturday night and the owners were waiting for us with the dinner... the were very very friendy, awesome people. they clean the pool every day and the told us about the trips we can do around the Island. They offer us vegetables from their orchard and comment us about the restaurants in the city.
The house is so big, the rooms are furnished with ventilators for the hot days in summer and in the kitchen there is everything that's necessary for cooking.
I'd like to come back!!
