Casa Loto is a charming independent house situated in a quiet location, at a short distance from the famous Piazzetta of Capri . It sleeps five people. It is appoximately 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features two spacious private terraces, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the center of Capri , where you will find restaurants, the shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet), a grocery store at 100 meters (330 feet), the stop for the SIPPIC bus Marina Grande - San Costanzo line at 500 meters (1640 feet) and the largest beach of... Capri (Marina Grande) at 2 km (roughly 1.25 miles). You will reach Casa Loto from the street level along a stairway which consists of approximately ten steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Loto (and nonresident's cars are generally not allowed).
The first terrace is 100 square meters (1076 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by characteristic trees and pergolas. It is equipped with a table, chairs, four deck chairs and an external shower.
The second terrace is 25 square meters (270 square feet) large. It is shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table, chairs and two deck chairs.
The living room is paved with hand-made tiles, decorated in the characteristic style of the island of Capri . The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and welcoming, and include some antique pieces. They include a sofa and two armchairs. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a large flat-screen satellite television, a DVD player and a CD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room has a window overlooking the terrace.
The kitchen is well equipped, with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. Here you will also find a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet), an iron and an ironing board. There is a table to seat six guests.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room climbing three steps. The furnishings are romantic and elegant, and include some antique pieces. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two armchairs. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. The room has a window overlooking the terrace.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. In this room you will find a flat-screen satellite television. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace through a French door. The room has a window overlooking the terrace.
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with fixed shower head. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
