Villa Ambra consists of 5 elegantly dressed rooms and an extra bedroom

available on request (a living room next door to the master bedroom that can be trasformed in a double bedroom). its owners keep in a perfect condition the house,

continuously restoring the interior and its garden. The last works are

dating back to 2010. The villa consist of a main house based on 2 levels

and 2 annexes with independent access into the garden. All the rooms are

elegantly appointed with a pleasant mix of antiques and contemporay

furnishings and hand made vietri or cotto tiles, though the main villa

is the most luxuri...ous and spacious. The main villa offers kitchen, a

living and dining room, with direct access onto the sea view terrace;

one master double bedroom has a sitting room which can be converted into

an extra, sixth, bedroom (that has its private bath just outside of the

room). The masterbedroom has en suite bathroom and shower. French doors

opens to the terrace.

2 staircases each of 15 steps lead to the lower level bedrooms: on a

side there is one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with a large

shower. On the other side there is a spacious living and large saloon

full of antiques, precious books and elegant furnishings. this level has

direct access to the pool.

The 2 annexes are on the left side of the villa, located in the middle

of the main gate and the terrace with sauna and jacuzzi outdoor. Both the bedrooms are double and have en suite bath with shower.

All of the rooms in the house have air-conditioning.

Villa Ambra is ideally located in one of the most beautiful spot of the
island of Capri: San Michele area. This elegant Villa is just at less
than 10 minutes walk away (but no steps!) from Piazzetta and 5 minutes
to the famous Quisisana Hotel, stores, restaurants, and bars. The Villa
is located close to some of the most famous spots in Capri: the famous
Certosa di San Giacomo (Charterhouse of Saint James), the via Camerelle
(the street of the most important luxury fashion store) and Via Tragara
(a panoramic road with amazing views on Faraglioni and the sea). The
villa overlooks the greatest and spectacular scenario of Gulf of Naples
from Mergellina promenade, to Vesuvio, to Peninsula Sorrentina up to the
Amalfi Coast, the blue of the sea, the rocky ridges and the lush
vegetation of the island make amazing this unique panorama.
