Aloha Big Island Vacation Rental is 23 miles south of the Keahole (Kona) Airport...a 40 minute drive. Kailua-Kona is about 30 minute drive from us. Closer by, the home has great access to Kealakekua Bay, Honaunau Bay, and Puuhonua O Honaunau National Historical Park...a 7 minute drive to each. For grocery, local restaurants, kayak & snorkel rentals, fruit stands, museums and shops...a 10 - 15 minute drive. Great location for the feeling of being away from it all (because you really are) yet only a short drive to anything you may need.

Rental fees
- Damage Deposit - $500 / stay - Security Deposit - Holds reservation, acts as damage deposit if needed
- Hawaii State Tax - 13.42% of rental - Tax
- Additional occupants - $25 / day - Per-Person Adjustment - per day charge for extra persons to a max of 10

Minimum 4 night stay during Mid and Low Season. Minimum 7 night stay during High Season. Rates are based on number of occupants including adult and children of all ages. Initial Deposit of $500 holds your reservation and is also responsible for Security/Damage/Cleaning Fees. Cancel 60 days BEFORE arrival, your deposit is refunded less $200 processing fee. Cancel LESS than 60 days before arrival, we will refund deposit less $200 processing fee if we are able to fill your space with a new rental. If it is not possible to fill your space with a new rental, we are unable to refund any monies. Security/damage deposit will be refunded 14 days from date of check out and pending inspection of property and after application of the cleaning fees. Stays longer than 14 days require a mid clean of $100-$175. Out clean fee is $200-$275.

My wife and I stayed in this spacious home by ourselves and could have easily been there with 2 other couples or the rest of our family. Landlord was unbelievably accomodating and also quite friendly. Location adn view were wonderful. Having your own pool, hot tub and grill made our time at the house just as wonderful as the rest of our Hawaii vacation. We hope to return in 2014. My wife and I highly recommend the place.

My husband and I are stationed in Oahu and as a wedding gift our family gave us a four day/three night stay at the aloha Bed and Breakfast on the Big Island. We were thrilled to take a little adventure and get some much needed R&R; (especially for the hubby!) and we received that and more! We had such a great time! The house was perfect! It was so refreshing to be somewhere that was all open with glorious breezes, views, but at the same time had the comfort and cleanliness of a nice hotel. Angela was such a fabulous hostess and we felt completely comfortable in her hands. Her breakfasts were delicious and a great start to the day! Her advice was spot-on and we don't know what we would have done without it! My one wish is that we could have stayed longer! Altogether beautiful place, breathtaking views and awesome people. We definitely give it two thumbs up!

We stayed here when it was run as a bed and breakfast, rather than vacation home. It's a stunning house, with gorgeous rooms, especially the one we stayed in, with a view of the water. It was very roomy, with a large closet, and a slightly separate area to use as office or reading place. It's close to Kalakakua Bay, snorkeling spots, not far from Kona. Angela was extremely friendly, seemed to enjoy the guests, very helpful about how to find the activities of interest. I have no suggestions for improvement - we loved it the way it was. We were thrilled with our stay.

Be Carefull! If you stay here, you really do not want to stay somewhere else!!
