Our elegant Bali Hi Estate is a two-acre property, located in the heart of Captiva Island right at the beach of the Gulf of Mexico. Lush, award winning landscaping and over 400 feet of depth from Captiva Drive make this secluded estate the perfect venue for family vacation and private events. Bali Hi features 255' of beach frontage, direct beach access, and stellar sunset views.

Tired of the beach? Relax near the gorgeous pool and spa area, or lounge in a hammock beneath the shade of a sea grape tree. You can always catch some rays in our "Sandbox" while the kids enjoy Bali Hi's private playground! The luxurious and laid back environme...nt is one of the reasons we say Bali Hi epitomizes the phrase "relaxed elegance". All this makes Bali Hi perfect for wedding ceremonies, and receptions, birthday parties, and other more formal occasions.

Our cleaning and landscaping staff strive to ensure that Bali Hi Estate is in its best condition, and the owner personally cares for the property with a mantra of "continuous improvement". We have tried to think of everything you might wish for: whether you want to have a barbecue by the pool, enjoy kayaking on the Gulf, caramelize creme brule, relax on our private beach, or to snooze by the fireplace -- you and your family will have everything to make the most of your stay.

The main house of Bali Hi Estate comfortably sleeps 12-13 guests. The very large and stately master bedroom suite has one Olympic queen bed and a breathtaking view Gulf sunsets over the beach. It also has a balcony over the pool and outdoor deck areas, complemented by an exquisitely spacious master bathroom with jacuzzi and modern fixtures.

A large guest bed room on the main floor features a king size bed, comfortably sleeping 2 guests. An additional guest bedroom contains two queen size beds, sleeping an additional 4 persons. Guests may also utilize the pull-out beds in Bali Hi's office/guest bedroom, the living room, and a queen-size pull-out ottoman located in the great room.

Bali Hi Estate comes with the guest house Coccoloba Cottage, featuring two large bedrooms and a living room pull-out sofa for arrangements that may comfortably accommodate an additional 8 guests.Read more

Captiva's Estate zone where every property is at least one acre and 100' frontage on the Gulf of Mexico. Bali Hi is three (3) acres, with 250' frontage on the Gulf, the largest private property on Captiva. Over 600' deep, Bali Hi is set back from the road by over 150'. The estate has major parking availability and can handle Rv's as well as many many cars.The neighborhood is very exclusive and private, a mecca for families and events.
The beach area is also private with a gazebo on the beach as well as a pavilion for relaxing out of the sun. The downtown Captiva is a mile and a half north, Sanibel's Santiva Village is a mile and a half south. We have fishing, boating, beach volley ball, children's play area, kayaking, beach chess, horseshoes, bocci ball and more.
