Four Islands is a new custom-built 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath vacation getaway perfect for a large group, large family or two families. The home is decorated with a tropical flair and beautiful and unique colors. Each bedroom is decorated to represent an exotic island. On the second level is a second master bedroom or the Bimini, Bahamas Room. This completely tiled room is decorated with relaxing Caribbean colors and features a queen size bed and private bathroom. A third bedroom with tiled floors is across the hall is the Key West Room decorated with items from the Conch Republic and also features a queen size bed. The Key West Room shares a Jack... and Jill bathroom with the Puerto Rico Room - perfect for the children. This room is decorated with tiled floors, lively Borinquen trinkets and comes with two trundle beds that can sleep 4 people or be converted into 2 king size beds. Also included in this room is a TV, DVD, VCR, videogame connection and a game table.

These two rooms are connected to a large screened in porch overlooking the heated pool. A laundry room equipped with washer and dryer is also included on this floor. On the third level is the main master bedroom or the Hawaii Room. This room features tile floors and decorated with Pacific colors comes complete with its own Tiki gods and features a queen size bed and private bathroom. The family room and kitchen are on this level are open and have panoramic views of the gulf. The furnishings and colors are reminiscent of the tropics.

A TV, DVD, VCR and entertainment center equipped with Direct TV satellite are included for your entertainment. Beautiful tile lays throughout the house. The kitchen comes complete with tiled floors, modern stainless steel appliances, a large counter with four barstools, wine rack and food pantry. The family room is connected to a screened in porch that overlooks the pool. With its sweeping view of the gulf, the third level is perfect for watching the sunset.
