Welcome and we hope you enjoy our Ocean View Cardiff Beach home. We truly are lucky to be in one of Cardiff’s sweet spots. Our Ocean Views are massive! You can watch Dolphins playing in the surf around 5 pm nightly.
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home has 2 King beds, 1 Queen & 1 Twin. Our kitchen is fully equipped for pretty much anything you will want to grill up. You will enjoy dining out on our ocean view patio. You will want to eat all your meals here!! It is hard to find a better view at any of the local coastal restaurants…so, we typically cook at home.

My Wife and I rented the 1544 Summit home in November, and had a wonderful time! The house is clean, and beautifully furnished w/lots of room. Watching the sunset across the Ocean from the Balcony while cooking Steaks on the grill & watching the surfers was fabulous... The close proximity of all the fun activities in the area! It was a completely relaxing week. I would highly recommend this location for a fun, relaxing getaway in a beautiful area.

My family and I rented the 1544 Summit home in November and had a wonderful time! Seeing the sunset along the ocean along with all of the fun activities in the area, it was a completely relaxing.
We were able to walk to stores/coffee shops and lots fun activities. The condo was clean and very well equipped (boogie boards, beach towels, beach chairs, hair dryer, juicer for the orange trees in the back yard... you name it!)
I would highly recommend this place for a fun, relaxing getaway in the beautiful area of Cardiff by the Sea. Loved it!! -

I'm local to the area, and rented the 1544 Summit home for my family visiting from out of town. My parents and sister could not stop talking about the beautiful views, and how comfortable and well appointed the home was. They loved being able to watch the sunset from the living room and deck. It was a completely relaxing experience. Lots of fun activities are close by...plus great restaurants. I would highly recommend this property for a fun, relaxing getaway in the beautiful area of Cardiff by the Sea. Thanks!!!

My family and I rented the 1544 Summit home in September and had a wonderful time! The place was spotless and very clean (even to my neat freak standards) and very comfortable! We were pleasantly surprised to find it so well appointed with quality furnishings and textiles (bedding, towels, etc). We also did not expect the koi pond and air hockey table which provided great entertainment for our kids. My 3 year old loved to watch the fish swim and feed them daily. The views of the sun setting over the water and proximity to amenities were also added bonuses. I would highly recommend the for a fun, relaxing getaway in the beautiful area of Cardiff by the Sea. Loved it!! Thank you!
